Writing this review with a heavy heart. Vishal soni owner operator of this shop does not give a damn about u and ur hard earn device. I gave him two laptops for repair. First of all he does not do repairs he give to third party for repair for which he charges a heafty amount. The first rt computer which hi i gave was for the simple windows installation job . He has installed windows 3 times but every time it crashed. Then the other computer was there for a ram job because its ram just burnt and neede new ram for 1 gm ram he charged 1600 rupee. I gave him because he said he did some hardware job and new power cable . I brought laptop home after 2 days and i asked weather he has tested the computer was everthing working fine to which he said everthing was normal. I went home and saw that the fan was not working. The other thing is that this guy dont want to communicate to u everytime i called him he never called me never gave me update and daybefore yesterday i again gave my laptop for windows and other one for fan not working upon going to his shop today he said laptop is at other shop which is in nehru shopping complex which is 6 kms away from this shop and asked me to pick it up from there. There guys are shameless and are not courteous. They dont care about ur product they overcharge they rip u off as we are sons of ambani there morons don’t communicate they dont even bother to pick ur call or call u back for the same . In the nutshell dont waste ur time and money on this shop there are other talented persons sitting .
