Work culture in this company are so bad even managers dont follow the rules they ask everyone to wear a mask but not wear himself also systems are so buggy not working properly headphones are not working. properly dont have cushions. Ill ask for so many times they dont care only want success on calls but how its possible if we dont have proper arrangements so many calls waste cause of headphones not working mic issues daily after few weeks they ask you to sit more for a while cause targets are not met an also dont gave you any incentive for extra hours..

It is a great place with good environment to work. Supportive Team Leader and HR. Except Salary package 💰 for skilled candidates, everything is great.🙂😁

My first day in kochar has been really great. The staff is really friendly...

Disgusting job.no promotion no increment in salaries.also they give you no leaves and always deduct salary.very high chances to expose to covid in their call centre.because all sit near by near and cooling of ac would more expose to you corona.

Pathetic experience ... They treat their employees like animals .. they force person to extend their shift 2 to 3 hours and even more . Impossible targets given . Their systems and instruments are not working and salary is very low. Dont waste your valuable time here .

Call centre is not a life. They give Rs249/day from 9:30am to 7:00pm this mean full day and extra for half night till2:00am. A person has to forget the life if want to work here.--No holiday on government holidays instead they give you weakoff on that day.--Rude behaviour from seniors--non sense seniors--A++ Hanged computers--This will lead you to choose life or this job
