This is my second visit to this place. I must say one of the best option for travellers visiting Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. Their food is really good , probably I have tried all the options they have in their menu. The hotel staff are good and helpful. A decent place to spend a few days. They have drop n pickup facilities, a good banquet and a nice large restaurant.

As usual Nice Experience. Staff are also Helpful.But the only issue is cost of food, which is still not manipulated

Hotel team allotted room @ 11:00 AM, Because they are busy in providing rooms to Ministers relatives + Owners references.Reception Staff are not supportive they simply say that kindly wait let the rooms get vacant & cleaned.. My train reached @ 08:00 AM but nobody reached on time for the pick up yes I received SMS regarding driver contact number from Hotel side, when I called them driver reached in station secondly they send Accent for pick that vehicle is so dirty Even I complained about this to driver also but he also said what can we do.At the time of drop they dont have there own vehicle they called from somewhere else & my train was at 09:30 PM & driver comes @ 09:00 almost station is 8-9 KMs away from hotel.

Worse experience staying at Avalon hotel at Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. staff are not courteous. booked executive suite having defective toilet includes toilet door was not getting locked, hand faucet was leaking, water was logging on floor. when complained everyone advised me complain GM. I requested them to contact me, GM called on intercom after three followup and advised to get the room changed. when I saw another room comod panel was hanging. I was shocked atleast he should have come to talk to the customer and understand the issue. finally we decided to vacate room next day morning whereas we planned to stay for two days. go stay should talk to the hotel authorities. disappointed
