Nyc atm

New staff is pathetic. For service.. I hold nri account and my family hold hni account with them in ambikapur branch in begning service was good. Since the new Brnach manage Mr ram and new Branch operations manager shalilednra has took charge the service has become pathetic.... Wrost than psu bank.. Every after suiting the 15g tds has been debited and they failed to uodate the 15g form even after 5 times reminder they have not update and there is no repose also. Mr ravi is also part of it.

Employees behavior towards customers are so Nyc....They listen all query of customers and try to solve that as soon as possible....I think axis Bank is Nyc bank....They offer good services which are so helpful for customers....!!
