Clean and well maintained Railway Station.All major facilities are available, theres a book shop, refreshment shop,Amul Parlour, washrooms .Ample of benches to sit on the platform.Also theres RAIL WIRE WiFi on the station.

Drinking water tab are dirty not cleaned.Not clean drinking water I was hasitating while drinking during corona pandemic.No Toilet facility at platform.IRCTC cantine was closed.But platform was neet and cleaned employees were doing their job proper.Outside of the junction was not proper cleanness and no any park or garden nearby.

Its a 2nd major railway junction in jaipur division. Its well connected with delhi, jaipur ajmer and ahmedabad. Every train stops here except rajdhani express. If you are going to visit alwar you may get auto rikshaw shared service at very cheap price. 2 restaurant who serve full meal on platform 1. This station have only 3 platform. If you are coming alwar and want to go bus stand or want to take bus for behror kotputli or delhi take exit from platform one. If you want to go 60 feet road , mia or want to take bus for bharatapur, mathura or deeg take exit from platform 2/3. Parkings also available both side at 10 rs per 12hours. You can also eat food out side station but as per personal experience food was not up to the mark neither at station nor outside the junction. All class waiting rooms and restroom available on platform 1 only. I you are going anywhere from alwar please take entry from platform 1 only because platform ticket and genral or current tickets and inquiry is available at platform 1 only. Thank you.

Alwar station is very Popular for Mathura Line.I went to Alwar by Train before some time. When I crossed over Bridge to outside I saw some of Danger Dogs were wondering on the bridge. Then I complaint it at Alwar Railway Superintendent Office via Telephonic. Actually it is a major problem at most of Railway stations in Our Country.Railway employees can overcome this problem very easily but they do not.It is my request to all passengers to complaint at every Railway station if they face such types of problems. Because Railway is not done anything until we complaint. So Always complaint for anything wrong you see at any Railway Station for betterment.Thank YouNaresh Saini

Station is clean..Area is safe at night..Basic food is available here..people can catch bus from outside for bharatpur, mathura,kherli,govindgarg,delhi..RR circle is the nearby circle form here also people can go to bhagat singh circle from here easily.it just takes 15 minutes by foot..

It is very good place.I have come alwar first time but I like it.Auto rickshaw always available in front of alwar railway station..Searing and CNG both are available at station..

Very nice stationclean one,facility to stay at late night is available in dormitory as well as ac rooms but capacity is not so much for many people,waiting rooms for Upper class and for Sleeper class are seperate and well cleaned,overall good maintained station.2 platforms are here.

The alwar railway junction is pretty clean and the railway authorities are doing their best to keep the station clean and hygiene. moreover the station is well connected to the alwar city as regular buses, autos and rickshaws including rented taxi service ply regularly at short interval. Moreover since Alwar is also the hub of military establishment so that station is quite full with the defence personnel too. I believe the the waiting hall facilities should be improved further fir the comfirt of the passengers who are waiting.

Its really very clean place.we went there as we have to catch train for my place.cloak room dont allow to keep your luggage if you dont have lock.this was lesson for us as we dont have lock we are waiting in waiting room otherwise I can too go to visit sryska,jisamandh jheel or some other touristic place. But still I am here at waiting room which is very clean,recently it seem was cleaned with water and pheneyl. Drinking water facility is also good with cold and clean water.some how I feel it should be well ventilated so that we can feel less hot. Tea and snacks rates are normal.

Im traveling at night 🌃 so Im waiting my train at junction ,there is lots of mosquito 🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟 so junction should work for that but this is nice and sweet place,and painting of bala Quila and monument and Sariska and many painting are painted here which are adorable 😍😍 and neat N clean atmosphere

Beautiful train station with clean platforms and as clean as possible tracks. Most firms do local transport is available just outside. However, like in any small town, security at the entry gates are non existent.My only complaint would be that while hundreds of tiger murals are painted on the station walls, barely any still survive in Sariska nearby.

Very good city and have various places to visit, Alwar is a hub of tourism with several forts, lakes, heritage havelis and nature reserves, including the Bhangarh Fort, the Sariska Tiger Reserve and Siliserh lake.

Well maintained,, especially after the covid 19 the sanitation has been brilliantly done.... very clean... hard to believe it is the same it was 2 years ago 😂😂a waiting room with air conditioning is available,,,,this platform is approximately 450 mtr long,, the busiest station in alwar,, after comes the khairtal junction....the best train is the pooja express 12412

Alwar Junction is cleaned and well organized railway station. There are many stalls for different needs. Ticket window is also large in case of large number of passengers and many people for ticketing and also a venting machine for tickets. Station is enough large appreciate 1km length. Alwar is famous for kalakand(cheesecake) so there are many stalls for kalakand.

This station is good in every way... Great transport system and good breakfast... You can also find many good hotels and restaurants near the station... Apart from this, normal security is also fine... The special thing is that on one side of this station is Delhi and on the other side is Jaipur, which are both very hot tourist spots...
