It is just ok types. Rooms are small, plates were dirty for the breakfast, however staff is very cooperative and welcoming. They try their best to solve any concern raised

Its a good place to stay with family. But maybe its in a tier two city, the amenties provided are very few. The staff though is very polite and courteous, but , very very laid back.The tea cups provided in the room were old and color fainted ...But would still recommend that the price they charge per room, they can provide better services.

Decent well located property with customer friendly staff. Must make special mention of staff at the reception who made our stay very comfortable & enjoyable. Breakfast was pretty elaborate and we also enjoyed the dinner we had at their restaurant where took good care of us. Overall an enjoyable experience. Room In dine services as well front desk support is very weak and slow. Hotel restaurant took the order but havent delivered even after there acknowledgements and chasing them again and again. Also no acknowledgements for check-out/invoice being shared on phone as text message or on whatsapp and on email. Room 101 Centralised ac not working very suffocating because the installed ac not working properly, intercom wire is loose need to forcely plugged into the socket to make any call no bedroom slippers. tried chasing many time but not provided any solution. and even with such problems charges are too high 400 for nornal room. OYO in metros are far better in terms of amenities from this Hotel not sure what are the star rating accredited with but such things must be avoided. Poor Experience

Worst hotel ever. Avoid like plague. Almost zero in all the services: hospitality, services everything. Very small rooms, hours delay in check-in.I booked it on my anniversary and it was also valentines day. Without giving any regards to its guests and the hotel was sold fully, they sold cheap dinner tickets and without adding any extra capacity for sitting. There was no space for hotel guests to eat and everybody was fighting. Never saw such mismanagement. Horrible place. I have been to all types of hotels but this hotel was the worst.

The rooms were good not great. The room service was very quick however the food service was a bit slow and not upto the mark. The hot water wasnt flowing in any of the 3 rooms and we werent informed about that. Also our booking had a few services mentioned as complimentary which were actually not complementary.

What I thought would be a premier hotel turned out to be a wedding banquet hall. There were two weddings taking place and the guests were making noise all night long in the corridors.Though it carries the name of the Lemon Tree, its almost an orange tree and has nothing to do with the exceptional management of its other properties.The WiFi didnt work for the entire 24hrs that I was at the hotel, they kept on making excuses and blaming their counterparts in Delhi.Dishes kept outside of the rooms were not picked up for hours on end, I ate an appetizer and kept the plate outside which was still there when I was checking out around 9 A.M the next day.The fridge in my room didnt work as the door on it had been installed upside down after maintenance.Taking a shower was scary as the floor was extremely slippery and the power & plug connection right next to me in the shower scared me like anything, Ive never seen anything this stupid being installed anywhere. Why would you need a plug point while in the shower?The hotel opposite this on the road is cheaper and perhaps a better deal than being electrocuted in the shower or eat from dishes rotting in the hallways.

Food Was stale, went for diñner today since we are back we are having stomach ache and vomiting as well, I will never recommend this for food, first dey serve stale and smelly daal with vegetables kadai with only two vegetables in it carrot and beans I complaint they change the food but it was horrible no taste but the vomiting and stomach ache coz of food. How can u charge so high for a pathetic food quality even the dhabas are better for food. Pathetic food. Never visit for food. I really wish I could have question them directly regarding the food and the consequences we are bearing after having this.

Almost perfect for a weekend getaway. Good, clean, decent sized rooms and washrooms. A bit noisy because of the railway nearby. Safety, COBID and otherwise, is good as well. The hotel has a restaurant/ cafe as well; the food is decent. The breakfast buffet system has plenty of options, the coffee is especially amazing. The staff is super polite and helpful.

Situated in Awar, this is a business hotel. Not much to do, except enjoy good food and relax, if purpose is not business. Food is good, one can have a good view of near by places from top floor rooms.

Hotel premises was in a very good location. Very neat and tidy rooms. Staff was very courteous. Ankur served us at the restaurant and was very friendly. He was always on his feet and served us like home.it was a wholesome experience and the staff was very homily and courteous especially Ankur who was always available for us.

I assumed that the Lemon Tree would be better. Unfortunately thats not true.Pros: quiet location, good and comfortable stay, food is good but breakfast menu was almost the same every morning or may be alternate day ( can be considered due to COVID but could be improved)Cons: staff was not wearing mask most of the time, house keeping didnt use gloves and I had major issue with cleanliness ( which I didnt expect from lemon tree especially during COVID times). Every day the coffee mug was stained which shows they dont even rinse properly, forget proper washing. The bathroom fittings were old and need repair. Overall a comfortable stay but there are better options.

Overall a very nice place to stay for families. Neat and clean rooms, excellent food and nice fragrance all over. Location is a bit isolated, but excellent for those who avoid noisy and crowded places. Car parking is a bit cramped.

I (along with my wife) stayed at Lemon Tree (Alwar) for 5 nights, and it was a good stay . . . thanks to the hospitality of the staff (Kajal, Devendra, and the staff at Citrus Cafe). Initially, the room which was allotted to us was unclean, but Mr Devendra patiently listened to our concerns and upgraded our room, which was bigger and much cleaner. We loved that room! It has a nice sitting area, facing the road, and it makes the room look bigger and better. Washroom was clean and tidy, and the room is equipped with all essential necessities like Electric Kettle, Small Refrigerator, Safe etc. The location of the hotel is also good - everything is in near vicinity, and if you want to travel to Sariska / Bhangarh, then you dont have to go via the city of Alwar, which is mostly crowded. The only thing which we didnt like was the hot water problem in the sink of our washroom. It was tough to wash our faces every morning with cold water (in Winters). One thing they can work upon is the Breakfast menu -- it was same every day! But overall, thanks to Kajal, Devendra and the support staff, our stay was pleasant.

The stay, amenities and hospitality was good. The experience was good. Ordered lunch here but was told menu limited. In the end, food served matches by coincidence with existing buffet to be served for third party.

I booked this hotel for my friends and got the disappointment. The staff was not at all good.We asked for the room decoration , but again we got the disappointment.Food quality is not adequate. Rooms also not good. We booked the second best room Executive room but that room not at all good. We payed 10k for 3 days but that is not at all worth it.

Its one of the good hotel for Nice and cozy stay @ Alwar.But we are bit disappointed due to negligence of staff. We have booked our room on phone call and when we reached to hotel at 11pm they didnt found our booking details on system and even their books also... Anyhow we got a room as many rooms were vacant there.Parking space are small and found full at that day and they parked our car outside the Hotel. Room services are OK. Very congested reception, small elevator and Lift area.

At present I am staying at this hotel and I am sorry to say that room is not cleaned properly, washrooms are stinking like gutter so after complaint, room service guy came and said I cant smell anything. He did put some room freshner but that is not satisfactory.Sofa seat had left over macaroni which previous customer must have eaten. Totally disappointed with this hotel service, food is good but not hygienic, found hair and plastic string in food.

Lemon tree hotel is located at Malaviya nagar of Alwar City. A business hotel, offering comfortable rooms and food. Rooms are not very big, but has all necessary things including a mini bar, locker, almirah, sofa, study table, etc. One can enjoy Bala fort which is approximately 7km from hotel, which gives a beautiful view of Alwar City. One can take their personal vehicle to the top of hill where fort is situated by paying fees at the reserve forest gate. On the way there is a temple where one can offer prayers.

Though I did not stay there, I had a good laugh at the untrained staff. Wonder how the hotel is surviving?The front office lady had no clues as to definition of Happy Hours. The staff did not know which rooms had open able windows, no staff was present at the bar inspite of 2-3 tries, room maintenance looked terrible.

Room are clean and good. Lighting inside the rooms was dim, I would have preferred better lighting. Free Wifi speed was too bad, they actually charge you for hi speed wifi. TV was also not working.I also stayed at Cygnet lite, Alwar and it had much better equipped room and was also cheaper than Lemon tree.

For the saying it’s five star ⭐️ hotel 🏨 . But they are not maintaining good hygiene. Washroom is having red red spots like gutka spots in corner. At the time of entrance, no one sanitise the luggage 🧳.For Restaurant, I will give only 2 star ⭐️. Service was not up to the mark. Food was also not good 😔😔. So over all for me it’s a bad 🤦‍♂️ experience. I will not recommend to anyone.It’s a overrated Hotel 🏨. No value for money...

Location is right on the main road at the turn , not in a congested neighbourhood. car parking space was available. room was big , spacious and cosy with all the basic amenities available. breakfast spread was another plus. hotel staff was helpful and courteous. views from our room were also decent as one could see the mountain ranges afar. we spent 2 nights during our stay in alwar . no problems at all. LT lives upto its name.

This place is a health hazard the bathrooms water supply smells and looks like the sewage water its black we filled out a bottle to be sure you cant figure it out with running water

The room was much more spacious than seen in the photos. The washroom was clean and well-equipped with good quality fittings. Bed was comfortable.Breakfast menu was lavish. And the preparation was fresh and delicious. We also had cappuccino and pasta in the evening which was totally savoury.We were able to keep the luggage at the hotel reception even after checking out. Saved us the trouble while sightseeing in Alwar.The only downside was the hotels policy of rewarding employees who have their names mentioned in reviews. One waiter in the restaurant was constantly batting for review with his name in it. This policy should be changed. Otherwise our experience was flawless.

It was a really good experience to visit alwar and stay in lemon tree hotel , I heartly thank to all staff members specially Mr. Vijay.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The renovations of the lobby, restaurant and bar area are stunning. The decor although modern blends well with the older section of the hotel and has made the lobby a welcoming, relaxing place for drinks and dining. It seems to now be a very popular place for locals as well as tourists.Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

Hotel is good, Room is very spacious . Clean and neat. Wash room is also spacious and clean. Staff is very polite and courteous. Breakfast is nice and with good varieties. I attended their new year gala dinner party which I didnt like it the way it was organised. I complained to them about my concerns about the Gala dinner and they responded back with some solutions. Overall it is a good hotel and worth it

We visited in November last week. Stayed in room on the fourth floor. The staff here is very supportive, right from the front desk -Ms.Kajal to the cafe. We were served by Mr. Ankur and Ms. Priyanka in the Citrus Cafe, and were amazed at the great hospitality.The location is also very good, near railway station and the markets and City areas are also nearby.Better option to get the breakfast as well as dinner with the package as its convenient as well as cost effective. Plus the food is good too.Mutton dishes were very well cooked.
