My experience was good with two days stayed here, but little expensive.Service,food, breakfast everything was good.

Parking is a issue at this place as it is in front of bus station but its safe if u get a spot. I have been there in covid situation and there arrangement is overall satisfactory but needs to be improved like sanitation tunnel and things like that. A bit overpriced compared to the facilities available.Few points i would like to point out. Firstly, there is no toilet paper available in toilet and almirah slabs were dirty. Lastly the staff is very nice and well spoken. Overall you can consider this place. Thank you

Over all..Well maintained and clean hotel for stay.As little bit noisy beachse of Bus stand.Just opposite of Old bus stand Aligarh..and railway station is also very near to this hotel..Good connectivity..

Property is gud and room service is great. I am highly disappointed at the room end. No proper dusting , no ventilation, no windows and WC was having thousands of stool spots. I booked initially for 3 nights but we feel suffocated so much that my wife got sick. On day one they given another room which was stinking like anything.

I stayed first time in this hotel. Overall there is good experience. Property is looking like new. staff behavior is good. Service is little delayed. As took more 40 Minutes to serve Breakfast. Otherwise it is ok. I can stay here in my next visit also.

Try ruby hotel just besides this hotel. Never take this, you wont be able to sleep bcoz of buses and trains honking loudspeakers and electricity going.

Room is just ok, washroom is neat and clean, staff told that they have only one geyser for three rooms, as their solar boiler is not working properly, hot water will be available only after guest request for it in night, staff is supportive, overall average stay beside heavy tariff.

Perfect Hotel with luxory rooms in Aligarh city. Its very hard to find Good luxory hotels in small cities like Aligarh. But This hotels gives a tough competition to hotels in Big cities. Room design, hospitality everything was more than expected.I went there with my friends group in April, We booked to premium rooms and trust me when we saw the room, our jaw remained open. We havent expected this type of facility and decoration.This hotel is highly recommended if you are looking for Luxory Stay in Aligarh at affordable prices.

We came to attend a marriage event in aligarh. My brother booked an executive room for us.Room was nicely decorated and all the facilities were properly maintained.We had tried other hotels in aligarh also earlier, but this hotel is out of the box. My family was too happy to stay there.

I found it perfect hotel as I visited Aligarh for 3 days, I went to visit my relative. As I booked Deluxe room, which was available at a very reasonable price. Room was quite good as compare to price. I would surely come here again whenever I will come to Aligarh.

Just ok... Bathroom was choked, no bathroom itenary other than a small soap , so much wall damp.... Overall staff is good, service ok but not fit with the price they charged. Need to improve in terms of some service and maintaince issues.

My personal experience was not good. First ,when I opened the door, the room smells like its been damp and closed for ages. I asked the staff for room fresher thrice but no one cares. The food quality was very bad (they said that the kitchen does not belongs to the hotel). They served me burned toast and even after complaining about this in the reception no one changes my breakfast.... although during billing when I showed them the picture of breakfast they waive off the charges of the breakfast....

Very bad experience.Not worth the price quoted by hotel. They dont provide any amenities. They dont have lift. No proper car parking space. Nothing complimentary, even you have to buy water if you want to drink mineral water.As shift changes staff behaviour also change. Night staff have no knowledge about their hotel and they are kind of rude.Hotel room we booked was Executive but their is no difference between Executive room and Deluxe room.Rooms have no ventilation except AC.Leaky taps in toilet.Wet towels, we asked to replace again they provided wet towels.Not sure about why they charge so much.Location of Hotel is in front of Bus stand and walking distance from railway station but its too congested and noisy.
