Bought Brass Urli yesterday.+ves:1. Received the item on time.2. Got answers to the queries related to the price/availability, quickly.3. Price looked better compared to big e-com sites for the same item.4. Item design is good.-ves:1. The specs of this item are differently stated on snapdeal but they did not answer for the clarification on this in spite of so many emails.2. Item is looking very dull and inferior compared to the ones in emporiums, that I purchased. Nowhere on their website, it is stated if it is dull finish item.3. Never got the answer regarding the quality of the brass, the copper composition in it, the type of brass used etc.4. When enquired about the weight, he has given approx weight. No proper specs are given on the listing page. You have to ask for each detail and you will get partial and approximate answers from them.5. This looks to be low copper brass.6. Very dirty around it. The black marks are very tough and could not remove yet with brass cleaning powders too.7. After cleaning, though not able to clean fully, seeing the defects like scratches and defects.8. If you want to return for any reason, it will be very difficult. They will not arrange return pickup. You have to courier by yourself. The charges are very high for shipping, it is almost 40% cost of the item itself.9. It is light yellow (whitish yellow).Finally I got the reply to my questions. Increased rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. Will keep updating the rating if I buy more from them, depending on the service and quality I receive.
