I have ventured back to the thrift stores after a year and a half of basically staying home. I think resale has been a growing market and for a variety of reasons will only continue to become more popular with competitive selection and pricing to match. I always have and always will shop secondhand for many of our household needs and wants. This Savers is insanely clean and well organized. It is pretty far from our house, but blows all other local resale and thrift stores out of the water so is worth the drive. I have found what I needed every single time I have gone, plus a few extras. I think the pricing here is fair for about 80% of the items with some wacky price structuring on adult clothing and some homegoods, so it pays to be selective, but you can still find great deals on unique, quality or practical pieces. I really love shopping for housewares, kids clothing and books here and have found some very nice clothing items for myself from time to time. They keep a nice selection of items to suit all tastes and appear to nicely curate and toss very little. You can have fun and find interesting things or maybe you just need a couple practical things- they have it all. I always spot fun on trend 90s styles, but plenty of pieces from other decades too among many fast fashion cast aways and timeless basics. The staff is very friendly. Enjoy!
This is probably my favorite thrift store hands down. The selection cant be beat and I always find what I need or dont really need but want. The prices were pretty high for certain items. Seems as though they listened to their customers and started pricing lower for some things. Staff is very friendly for the most part.
I absolutely love this Savers I found some cute outfits here at great prices. Great and friendly staff, but I have to point out one in particular in the donation area I went to donate a bunch of stuff on a Saturday 5/29/21 and Jose was absolutely so sweet, kind and helpful he was jam packed with donations but politely let me know he will be with me when he was done considering he was alone he handled himself very well and still seemed happy even with a mask on his face you could tell he seems like he gave me a smile underneath it so that goes to show to me that Savers just hires wonderful friendly people I highly recommend this Savers to anyone and everyone if your thrift shopping or donating best place to go. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Clean parking lot and clean and organized store. Employees are friendly and helpful. It is always great experience at this store.
Prices are getting better in some areas not so much in others. The store is clean and people are decent
Found a pot of gold. Just kidding. I did find some cool golf equipment. Very nice staff and environment.
Neat, clean, and organized. Its were we do ate for a good cause and get long sleeve t-shirts and jeans for yard work and riding. Savers supports Big Brothers and Sisters, so be a peach and donate. I know you have a third microwave in your garage somewhere.
A much quieter Savers than the other one on Menaul.
Pretty well organized. Most items priced to sell. No more changing booths, so know your size before going.
Its aways nice to visit you never know what u will find. Emp.nice and frendly.
Very crowded, but good deals.
It’s savers. Kinda pricey for some stuff. They don’t take Apple Pay. Service is alright and the store is kinda clean.
Loved it nice clean store nice people wonderful prices perfect for us
Well I went 2 days in a row b4 work & after. My Daddy passed away in Dec 2020 😥💔 & my mama & younger sister r going thru his things not including me & I found out they donated some of his books there. I was so upset crying in the aisle trying to find anything that looked familiar. Thank God I found a few of them had to pay $35.00 to get them back but I did. So unfair. The employees were nice & sympathetic so I appreciate that since I was crying like a baby.
Very nice store. Plenty of free parking and a nice selection.
Easy to drop off goods and it is a greT organization.
Awesome store, Every Day there R NEW thingz 2 B found. WAY BETTER than Goodwill, az Savers will also give U a 20% off coupon 4 Anything U donate, either @ their drive thru donation center, or inside !!! ,😀
My favorite savers in new mexico
Very pleasant experience. Enjoyed browsing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite thrift store by far.
Got a couple items today. Some prices are too high and I put them back. Takes away from the excitement of finding a high dollar brand or trendy item. Seen a doll behind the counter they keep all the high end items. I really wanted to look at the doll closer and as I was about to ask, seen the man behind the counter had his mask pulled under his chin. He had a face shield, but he was picking his nose and... eating the treasures he found... i am so grossed out and will never return. Buyers beware
Always great finds!! My husband found brand new shoes tonight (yes, BRAND NEW) for a fantastic price. Every visit is different, you never know what youll find .
Since arriving in NM from California with nothing but 2 suitcases and my pooch, Savers has saved me by having necessary items that I needed or wanted to replace. All kinds of vintage items as well as basic pots and pans.
Always a great time at Savers. Always a ton of items to xhoose from.
Nice selection of items. The only thing I did not like was the cashier calling me hun and she was way younger than I.
They are a very clean store a little expensive for people donating stuff. Starting to be like Goodwill. Its used stuff!
I think their prices are a bit too high.
This place is a gem. Always find something good. Worth the trip!
Spent hours here!! I always find a treasure or two!
First time back since the pandemic started. Lots of new and friendly staff and goodies to pick through.
I like Savers, first time Ive gone on Sunday. Found some neat stuff, things I could use.
I have to say. Savers is my favorite place to shop for clothes for me and my daughter. Ive never walked out empty handed. Love it!!!!
Great trip to savers today I was actually relieved to see a small line outside of the building cuz some of these businesses look like they dont care about the covid twist anymore but its still there folks just got to be vigilant we found some things we needed and we found some things we didnt need that will be quite useful overall good prices and responsibly crowded not overly crowded at all
Great place to shop for your thrifty needs. Love the wide selection of items
Nice prices great items friendly staff 👍
Clean, and organizedLove it. Wish they give more of discount to seniors. But it did save 5.00 on a 17 dollar purchase. Every Tuesday senior discount day
Clean and stocked with lots of items. Had to wait outside in the sun fpr almost 15 minutes though. But once inside, it was easy to navigate. Right now, no fitting rooms are available, so clothing items have a 14 day return policy all else is final sale. People were friendly and helpful. Oh, and if you want a bag, its 11 cents each. I had my own bag, so i just bagged my own stuff.
Customer service was good. Its amazing the selection they have. Thank you to all those who donate their used clothes, making it possible to get used but new to me items for a fraction of full retail! I also appreciate their hard work. The effort in keeping the store neat and organized is no easy task..thank you to all that work there!
Found some great deals as always. My son and daughters favorite through store.
I have been a fan of Savers since I discovered them in Colorado a few years ago! My mom and I went in this store for a bit, but I came in on my own on a separate day and found a couple of gems! Definitely worth an hour or two of rummaging! :)
Good prices for video games but didnt have much worth getting
Was fine other lane a wait line to get in nice and clean
Good selection and decent prices.
Savers is AWESOME!!! ? I have been finding treasures there for years. Like right now Im wearing a SEIKO Kinetic watch worth over $400.00 that I bought month ago for 29.00...looks new..works fine....treasures allover that place...you just gotta look!
This is my favorite location they always have the cutest jeans and sweaters for great prices! 😌
This is a great place to get nice clothes for a reasonable price.
Good place to shop and work five stars 🤩
Prices are not very reasonable. Items are donated, I understand there is overhead but dont need to gouge customers!
Best place to shop! Staff rocks as well!
I love this store! If you love thrift shopping, this is one of the best. Very well stocked and good prices.
Iam a regular customer at Savers. I always find great items at great prices.
This is a great place to find second hand stuff like clothing, tools, kitchen items, furniture etc. I like to go here to find things for restoration projects.
First time here! Found some brand new Jambu sandals, and vintage Coach leather purses!
Its good
Always has wonderful finds and I never leave disappointed. Clean, neat atmosphere with helpful staff. Donation drop off is easy and convenient with good hours and even more helpful and friendly staff. Im a long time contributor and customer and proud of it. ETA 02/24/19: I love Savers and am a long time customer. I always find gently used clothes and great furniture at wonderful prices. Sales are frosting on the cake. Today I scored a dining room table with leaves, only missing extension inserts, and in very minor need of repair. It was priced at $25, but was 50% off on sale. Yup! Dining room table for $12.50!! Savings more than paid for repairs. It is rough, but perfect for my studio, and believe it, Ill be donating the tables it replaces right back to Savers.
This savers is a bit small but they always have a few good things in their clothing section.
Great customer service 😊
Did not go to savers
Found some early Christmas presents and at 24 percent full shopping is more enjoyable
Wide selection of used items in very good shape. And if you take a donation, you get a coupon for 20% off.
Good place to look around
I find treasures of sorts for dyi , savers has a variety of great items to treasure or gift out.
Clean, helpful and always find something with a discount!
We love Savers! The manager and team members are so friendly and caring. Over the weekend, my daughter lost her tablet in the store. The manager arranged for team members to help us look for it, and then saved it for us after we had given up and left the store. They have an amazing sense of ethical responsibility to their customers, and genuine care. I appreciate that they took time to help us even though it was such a busy day for them with a sale.Friendly team members and a great manager to run their store that has the best collection of Halloween gear for affordable prices, you cant beat Savers!
Good
I love going to this Savers. Clean, well kept facility, plenty of parking, friendly, courteous, helpful employees, and an abundance of bargains on everyday, good quality items. It has restrooms, fitting rooms, and just a very good collection of every kind of item a person could want or need. Tuesdays are Senior Special days, 30% off all purchases, every day has a special discount off certain color tagged items, military discounts for military and their families, and a frequent shopper reward program, plus points for items donated to them for resale. I LOVE shopping at this Savers location!
Savers is taking every precaution to keep not only customers, but employees safe from covid19. Very impressed with their diligence.
Great selection of products and absolutely great prices!🙂
Cashier was a little distracted, but nice. Safety was in place and presented well.
They honor our Second Amendment rights!!! Easy parking, nice selection of gently used like new clothes. Clean aisles and professional staff. They had Halloween costumes for a reasonable price. The bathroom was mediocre. Ill be back for Halloween gear for sure.
Decent prices.
This second hand store has new, retail prices. Ridiculous! I can find a brand new pair of jeans at Ross or Burlington for less than their price. Also, they have gotten very tight with their coupons. I donated a truck full of stuff, good stuff, and they only wanted to give me two coupons. I will now donate my things to the Animal Humane.
Very busy place today
There was a line waited 12min . The lady that cash me out was not in a good mood she didnt say anything other than dont put your pursue on the counter. Not friendly @ all.We all have long or bad days but a hi or hows your day? Goes a all way !!!
I have shopped here for years and its a decent thrift store. Savers has been increasing its prices quite a bit, however. This has put me off from buying certain things, but there are still good deals to be found. I started only going on sale days, because they have also become a lot more stingy with their donation coupons as well. My biggest issue, though, is that Savers is pretty filthy. The last time I went someone had pooped on the floor of the bathroom, then stepped in it and left excrement smearing the floor all the way through the shoe section and into the mens clothes. I watched how they cleaned the mess and was not comforted. I havent been back since. The floor always looks filthy at Savers and now that I know what is actually on them Im thoroughly repulsed. Not to mention the condition of the bathrooms, which are frightening. I prefer going to the Goodwill next door, which is a more sanitary shopping experience, despite having less selection.
I live in Colorado, and every time I come to visit my family in Albuquerque I ALWAYS make sure I come to Savers! It is the best thrift store on the planet. They just have the best selections, and awesome customer service. I never leave empty-handed.
Enormous and well-organized store. The prices don’t seem as good on some things as compared to to the store in Santa Fe , but still a good store with a large selection of items
Dont have much 💰 but need a shirt for a new job? Just need something used to clean out the garage or rake leaves?? Come here, great place to shop for barely any money...just like goodwill on steroids no joke ha... if u are looking for something last minute and dont want to go pay full price for a item at a regular store/Mall I recommend it!! Ive actually found a hand full of things here that are brand-spanking-new with the tags and everything on them still!!
This savers is the best in town very very organized and clean.
I reaaly like this store but the prices are ridiculously high. Went to buy a top...thinking it was 29.99. It was half off day so I was willing to pay 15 for it. When I went to check out she rang up 89.99 half off at 45!! I said no and now I am not shopping there as much as I used too. These are donated items....wish they would be fair with their pricing.Customer service varies from friendly to employees ignoring you. I have found some steals though. I guess I am torn.
I have purchased many things from Savers over the years the cashiers are always sweet. And just last week I was looking for an electronic item and believe it or not because of the day I went into Savers all yellow tags were $0.99. So I ended up paying $0.99 for an electronic item. I never lead Savers disappointed.
I am glad that they are helping within the Community. Its important that we help & stay in the Community. Their Employees work very hard @ what they do. Keep up the Good Work.
Good price for used and new
Cool place but whenever they do the sales watch out for them jacking up the prices to make up the difference. Keep in mind that the things they are selling were DONATED.
I work at savers and I am a cashier and its the best place ever. Go price and great deals and speaking about great deals, on July 29/31 50% off on kids clothing, shoes, and accessories. Good sales for those days for kids back to school.
If you enjoy buying used goods at prices higher than new retail then this is the place for you. Very large selection but probably because no one is going to buy a used $10 iron for $13.99 or a used generic saucepan for $19.99.
Affordable clothing and other items, some still have original tags on it. Brand new looking dinette set. Love this place for my whole family!
This is a fun place to explore. I just started shopping at thrift stores to see what all the fuss was about. I actually found quite a few treasures here. I didnt have any luck at the other thrift stores.
Ok, so I dont normally review thrift stores but this one impressed me. Nice manager, nice register folks, exceptionally clean store, great prices, fun weekly deals. I love this place.
The prices used to be affordable. I was looking for a pair of pants and shirt and came out to 19 bucks. Why are the prices so high. A brand new t shirt is 5 bucks at walmart. Ill just have to go back there again
I love savers it always has great costumes for good prices
BEWARE the management of this store is gauging prices. They are way higher than any other Savers in Alb. and Santa Fe.I picked up a glass creamer for .99 cents in Santa fe and found the same one for 4.99 here, what the hell! And there clothes are ridiculously high. I took a saucer set up to the manager because it had no price, he says, Ill give it to you for 14 bucks, when I asked why so high? He said cause their hand painted. And old. Well if theyre so old, then they should be half that. Do yourself a favor and go nextdoor to Burlington where youll find the same stuff, only cheaper.
I really like this Savers, I go at least once a week and the employees are really nice. The girl with the blonde curly hair is always really sweet and genuine.
Very clean & organized.
Make sure you get all your items you pay for. Also they dont handle fragile, glass items very well. I came home with broken items and bracelets I paid for not there. BTW, there was a mgr helping with my purchase. Too far to drive back and waste my time. Some prices are too high for second hand.
Good prices, clothes are organized by size.
Everything youd possibly need! Found a luggage bag for 7 bucks
Find unique and great values. Dont go in and rush thru the store. Dont stop by once and get disappointed. I frequently stop by and have purchased cool stuff.
Nothing better than Savers on senior day (Tues). I scored a $200 shirt for $4...age 55 and up...have fun!!!
