I was going there for credit card and submit all documents but issue with my office address so i submited form with new address. and the credit card exicutive told me we will get back to you still not receiving proper response.Moral of the review:If we are going for new credit card to bank they not give you proper response after getting all documents.ANDWhen the credit card person call you and start marketing about the credit card that the good way and you will get proper response instade of going to bank and ask about credit cardNote: i am updating this review after response from HDFC this email is not working
Visited the makarba branch for the 3rd time and every time I got the same response.I had to wait for 1 hour for 15 mins of work.1 star because I cannot give less than that.Worst attitude ever -》NEHAL BHATT.Cant understand why HDFC has given her the awards that she has above her desk.
All over good branch. But space is very small for banking. That why I rated 4 star
Since the official banking Hours is already declared between 10 to 4, though the majority of time after 3 the team is doing cash counting and Executive like me has to wait, and its really Painful.
