Worst worst worst service everThey are saying they will not service the vehicleBecause we purchased the vehicle from somewhere elseTheir delarship should b cancelledThey are very rude to senior citizens

Worst customer support, servicing of bike is just okay enough. They dont follow the servicing manual and also dont polish bike after wash which is compulsory according to the service book.
Place is conjusted somehow. Service is real bad. These guys hesitate (actually avoid their costing) during the 3 free services they commit while purchasing the vehicle. These guys need training from the Surats Honda Showrooms. They cant repair dents without replacing the body, They cant fix the slightly twisted deformed break lever without replacing with new one. Even they cant fix the slightly bent footrest guard. They say, we cant hammer the hollow pipe structure of footrest guard to repair the defect. They do nothing in the name of service. Their definition of service is, cleaning, tighten the breaks and changing oil. Even I as an engineer know how to fix some of them. I made them aware about their bad Google reviews but all I got to know about the service supervisor is I dont care about reviews, the computer and IT department does. What I have to do with it.

I visited at 12.30pm for activa oil change. Lot of persons not related workshop gathers in front of gate and I inside workshop. Laughing and talking loudly making workshop like public gathering point. ladies will not feel comfortable in such environment

Worst service, charge for anything and after service they realise that parts are not replaced. Also they want bike only if you asked to do so 3-4 times, otherwise its not cover under service.

Generally i not prefer service of my Bike from companys service center because they people not do proper work and return vehicle after wash only,But last time I give my bike at punjab hondas Service center at Ghatlodiya,The technician did great job, they did outstanding work and I feel like my bike became new.Very good service provided.

Very bad service. If there is negative rating I would choose that. On the name of service they just wash the bike and throw in your hand. If you try to let them know, they start manipulating. The worst service I have ever experienced in Ahmedabad. Its better to go to some auto garage wala and service your bike.

Third class management... Last year management so poor... Today visit for service... Already I have received message for service... They have said that Need to booking on phone number then we give you a schedule then you have to come on service centre... No one can agree with this type of service management.. And no one can know which phone for book this service.Service center time: 9:00AM (on board)Service center booking time: 9:30 (on printed paper)Already pre booked 20 bykes on tomorrow for service today.. if they only take 25 byke for daily service then why they pre book for service.? It means your management is to delay..I visited before 2 month ago, I have received message for service and also confirm service date and this service center via service executive phone. service center open time 9:00 AM. I am present on 8:30AM. Still they have said we take only 20 bykes for service per day, and you are late for same.WHAT THE MANAGEMENT?If I am right then please like this comment so they can take action for mis behaviour and give respect to customers.
They dont have enough space to keep vehicles like other honda branches.
You have to be present there at 8:30 in morning otherwise they do not take your vehicle in service.They have corporation warning for too much vehicle on road.Why Punjab honda a big brand should work under corporation warning ?????

THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERthey showed us different bike and after deal giving us different bike .This is my personal experience i purchased honda CB SHINE LAST month and this thing happened with me but at time we completed all the payment then we realized that is just only SECOND DAY OF MY BIKE PURCHASED though they didnt hear any query or request of mine .So I request all the people please do not buy any TWO WHEELER from PUNJAB HONDA GHATLODIYA.

Honda service station and new purchase of vehicle
Do not pay attention to the service. Complaints written in the service card are not solicited while placing in the service. No attention is paid in the service here. I complained that oil was coming from the engine side. Date 8/10/20 but the next day I found oil on the engine. If attention is not paid in free service then what will pay attention in paid service Need a little attention. Im going again today.
