The way this organization has improved is phenomenal. Past experience was not so good. But since last few years I am very satisfied with the way staff is Taking care of queries. Special mention to Niketa Madam for her help and guidance. She is very good in her work and knows everything about council. If your request is legal, she will make sure its done in as short time as possible. But if you request anything that is not lawful, rest assured its not going to happen. She is very law abiding. Rest of the staff is also very cooperative. No need to worry about your problem if you are right. Speed of response is very good. Council website has many problems, but the moment we report the problem, they are working on it to resolve it.Excellent work.Thanks for everything

No parking place for PCI seperately , SEM 8 marksheet is required either wise too much issue for submission of form , no enough space for seating & no facility ... very poor place much required online application for registration .......

Niketa madam is very professional and nice...i am extremely worried about my good standing certificate.. The way they delivered my certificate is extremely helpful in this tough time.

So poor services for collect renewal receipt. its too poornobody is giving correct Ans for how to collect receipt and why dont you send by mail. you can collect payment through online but cant send receipt online.

Very bad for pharmacy council of gujarat. no one is receving the call there are taking refesher course for renewal and after completion no one is picking call.if we have some problem in filling or any inquiry whom wesholud contact

Worst place to go. The staff is non-cooperative and lacks good behavior. AIt is hard to find the place and cannot be seen from road. Infrastructure is age old lacking basic care. Very bad service providing. Lacking good water and toilet facilities.

Very poor service i had completed my pharma online refresher course nov 2020 and paid fees online steel my renewal is pending nobody is pick uping calls nobody is replying mail and i thing and justify you that accept gujarat there is no refresher course for pharmacist is other state so i think that this is waste of time and waste of money

In covid situation they should arrange online facilities for new registration. To give all documents physically is quit time consuming with lots of errors.

Phone number just for formality. No person is responsible for online renual. No high accurate website and online application compare to other state. No sitting space inside room or waiting area.

First improve your website to function properly before making any rules, GSPC site is not functioning properly and they are saying that update your profile before 31st Dec. How can we update our profile if your website is not working? I have all documents ready to upload but your site is not working. Atleast now circulate this problem we are facing like you circulate new circulars.

Very worst experience. A lazy staff the dont co-operate with pharmacist. Intentionally they spending thier time to avoid work dont care that people comes from a long way. No space for parking for own vehicle. Security services poor. Better to go with experienced person.

The process which on PCI okay...but you have to cry to get your certificate. Specially New Registration. Very Slow!!!!!!!Its been 1 year of application my new registration in pci...still not received.

Why r taking 2000 rs for form. just month ago i registered my lic in just 500 rs.

For New Registration pls go only onMondayWednesday and,FridayOffice is open on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday but they dont accept applications for new registration.

Very poor service. They dont pickup calls. And if pickup dont answer properly. Instead provide mobile no of SPC. I am trying since 1 hour and still busy.
