Gold loan service is terrible. Remember to check all terms before signing the loan. No customer service at all. ​NRI customers pls donot ever opt for this loans if you cannot travel back in time. They have no solutions except auctioning. Credit Manager Payal very rude to us. show me what i signed and inconsiderate to understand the situation to not able to travel . No communication for closure only auction update on phone. So unreasonableHighly disappointed services

The worst branch ever. I have gave my docs to open an NRE account to Madam called Sikha and she never uploaded to the system until 6 weeks. i even reminded her after 3 weeks of submission but she said she forgot and making excuses of having trouble of address proof after 6 weeks however she never even called to clarify that. after all i have collected my all document and decided not to open an account at this branch as i suspect at my first meeting that they dont even know how to proceed NRE account. taking 6 weeks is so annoying just to open an simple account. Very poor customer service.

All they have is a bunch of Stupid staff except the watchman.their Watchman is more helpful than the bank staff.all they do is just sit in AC room and scroll through their mobile.Hdfc should spend money on training their ethics.Useless staff

This branch staff is pathetic especially a lady who is handing issuing new passbook, She dont have any sense how to talk with the customer, Speaking with rude and bad behavior and she arguing unnecessarily asking the customer to do the work for her, She doesnt have any guts to help customer, I appreciate work of watchman he is helpful to customer and he is doing his work better than this lady.

Staff is not help ful they not even guide or explain about account and all very very bad service I choose axis bank instead of this bad bank axis staff they are very cooperative i think bank higher authorities should be aware about this because they are just harrasing people.

Bank service is good... Any time ATM has money compare to other banks ATM.... nd bank staff is helpful....
