I was there for withdrawal. The lady said we dont keep funds here. Every evening the cash is transferred. Its a small branch and if someone deposits money only then you can withdraw 5ok. This too after waiting for almost 10 minutes. My question is, whats the definition of a small branch?? You cant withdraw big sum or in my case just 50k if thats a huge amount. The staff doesnt know basics nd not at all coordinated in replying to the customers. The other day I went to my ICICI branch and to my surprise it vanished. I called one of the executive whose number Id when I opened the account. She told me the branchs shifted to other place. I mean dont you guyz send an email of change of address to all your account holder?? You do expect us to update about any changes right !!!
