I tried the restaurant at this place last in December 2017, so posting a review based on that only. Fold taste is good, interiors and seating arrangements are nice, staff is polite and friendly. It is good for groups as went for birthday party twice with a group of 10-11 members for unlimited dinner - 1 Punjabi sabji, 1 soup, 1 starter, roti, salad, chaas, papad, rice, dal fry & brownie with icecream at last.Overall a nice experience.Rates are reasonable.Parking space for cars available.

Its a great place to stay. The breakfast buffet is decent with standard offerings like fruits, cereal, sandwiches and indian breakfast options. This place is definitely not for people taller than 6 feet. You are going to have alot of trouble if you are taller than 6 feet.

It was my first visit at Grand elegance.. Its not worth calling as 3 star hotel.. coz there room ambience and environment are not according to it. Rooms were not that clean, nor there food is upto the mark. AC (Daikin) is good, bed is also nice, TV channels they almost all.. Hope they could rectify the cons and would love to visit there again.. Though Im a frequent traveller..

I consider Gujarat and the people of Gujarat as the most well behaved, genuine, decent, well mannered people. Being in Gujarat for quite a long time I had always defended the people, graciousness and the warmth of the state and the way how in real essence the meaning of Athithi Devo Bhava works and have always mimicked Amitabh Bacchans dialogues quoting to my family and relatives Khusbbo Gujarat Ki and Kuch din toh bitaao Gujarat Mein. I have not changed my faith till now will never in future also, but the receptionist of Grand Elegance tried changing my perception for this time. I had all my selection of Hotels or flights through MMT in past, present and will be having my suitable preferences through this only in future too. Its just an request that people on Reception should be well read and gentle people, the way he talked and behaved was not at all civilised, also harm to stake of ones big hotel name. You carry your experience always and the one deteriorated the expectations for the whole day and for that matter lost all my recommendation for the further Hotel References. How can the owner of such a big Hotel can just put reputation of such big hotel on the stake of Rude, unprofessional receptionist, on asking for his way of talking and telling him few manners to talk with guest he got furious and returned back our ID cards for not treating the guest as couple entry and gave very lame reason, he very rudely asked us for some other proof where for his satisfaction we showed him our marriage certificate who while instead of asking for an apology was threatening us for last minute cancellation and get our money refund from MMT. Somehow we only managed with him and ignored the receptionist for our own sake because knowing all genuine reason of re-booking and keeping cost dimension in our mind, we remained silent because we were there for some purpose in Ahmedabad and dont wanted to spoil our leisure time for someone of this cheap mentality and nature. But his words kept on ringing for the whole day and the experience we carried switched the feel of the place for the Hotel. Hotel Structure, comforts, location all goes in vain if we dont have polite communication medium between the host and the guest. Take your decision I dont want you to be that hard on that reception guy but either he learns from this or he is not suitable for that reception job atleast assign him with something else or guide him to be professional and polite. Rest all is to your prudence and better understanding. The review stands very genuine and true with each alphabet placed.

I went there yesterday and for my tution sirs birthday party. He is staying in my society and he is neighbor so he invited me to attend his party. My friends and I did some decorations over there and that looks beautiful. Grand Elegance is the best place to celebrate birthday party and there were Punjabi food so that is my favourite food and I liked that food. In the last they offer us desert and that was delicious. They made Vanilla with different toppings like hot chocolate, pineapple and strawberry jelly.

One the best food I have eat in ahmedabad. It perfectly define its name Grand Elegance.They Serve premium quality food with instant serving and kindly behavoiur of the staff of their. In love with the lighting style the have used. Full moon to dark side, I mean what an idea dude. Appreciated. Love to visit again. 👌

Functikns were you can manage max 70-80 people. Not classy but its good for middle class people. Food is also not expected but yes definitely its ok.

A good place with a banquet and restaurant as well. Restaurant is having a la carte menu as well as unlimited dinner which I enjoyed personally. So thereare soup, starter, main course contain with 2 subji and naan/roti, salad, dal tadka along with jeera rice and in desert ice cream all for price 240 + tax. Ambience is good and service is excellent.

I have been quite a few times here. Its like going every weekend to there for family dinner. A perfect place for family and friends. We always went into bunch of 20s. I have even visited the Banquet of hotel - specious and clean. The restaurant staff, hotel staff waiters are polite and the service is good. As usual bit of delays on festive days. The food is good. Overall you can enjoy.

Worst place and worst service....rooms smell very badly

Ambience is good, supportive staff is also good. Place is usually not crowded. Theres also valet parking, but food is not an extra ordinary. Overall experience of this restaurant is ok ok thats why 3/5 stars. No extraordinary dishes. Food appearance is also ordinary.

The ambience was good but the hotel looked a bit worn out in interior. The food was a bit spicy for my taste but the value for money is great. Decent food for the unlimited dinner. We had a social gathering of 40 ppl but the staff served us well and the management provided us a space to sit post dinner as well.

DO NOT COME HERE. it is a scam. We called and asked if they have a buffet dinner and reserved a table for 22. Little did we know that in stead of the proper restaurant they have opened the effing banquet hall and serving buffer dinner like an effing khairaat! On top of that the staff is totally useless.

The food is good also the ambience. The service was okay though. But when I asked for appetizers change means..instead of paneer harabhara I asked for Manchurian. They said that they do not change the appetizers it sounded unusual.

Amazing hotel with a good location but downside is the food as it was not served hot. I need tea as soon as I wake up but despite paying high amount for tea they used to give me tea which was not at all hot and on complaining they were like you might be keeping tea for long after served. Overall stay was good and the rooms were quite good and comfortable bed which I really liked and the only thing they need to improve on is food and service.
