While at the time of signing up for the treatment in Gurgaon, I was clearly informed that the services under the treatment will be available to me across Clove Dental network pan India. I paid 100% of the treatment cost on this commitment. When I shifted to Ahmedabad, it was extremely shocking to know that since all 5 clinics of Clove in Ahmedabad use services of visiting Orthodontists, hence I will need to pay again for the treatment if I have to continue in Ahmedabad.It’s an absolute case of cheating. Will take up legal course of action against the management of Clove Dental.

I liked the idea of prepping up with mask and gloves and other necessary elements.Service is really great. The doctors are all friendly. I had my molars removed here and though the process is painful, everyone here tried their best to make it as smooth as possible.One other thing i loved about the Company as a whole is their membership. They asked me to complete two visits because of just money. The work has to be done in a single visit but I paid for two. In the first visit dentist has taken just 10 mint and said now you need some rest at least for 7 days and gave me one more oppointment. In the second visit dentist has taken more than 1 hour to complete the process. So I felt that they are trying their best to see the same pateint 2 or more time because of money. The service 👍 good. Earlier i was happy with their commitment and probably their convincing power but today after 3 months of treatment for my mother i am very disappointed. Firstly they haven’t completed what they committed on time yet my mother always complain about how she is not able to eat anything for months and yet they haven’t done anything to improve the problem secondly during the corona pandemic they are having 4-5 patients at a single time and also are not fallowing up on their appointments and kept getting delayed.. I’m writing this because my time was half n hour ago yet still i have two patients ahead of my mother. So i am very very disappointed that they are having such crowd at this sensitive timing also they said that the doctor is here only now aa they have other clinics to run and sometime they say that the doctor has to go to delhi... and you wait 10 days for next appointment... consult some local dentist rather than going up to a clove as they’ll be not focusing on you.

Hello all! I had a very good experience in clove Prahladnagar. Dr madhurima and all the staff were really helpful. And most important the clinic is very neat and clean. They use new equipments for the patients which is very appreciable. Also, overall checkup is done when you visit for the first time they explain you everything regarding your all 32 teeth whereever the problem lies and accordingly suggest you the treatment. The membership charges are also cheap!
