Considering the name that aims had, I got admitted for my typhoid treatment but they have the worst management and system.1. Their deluxe rooms which are supposed to be better than special room are just waste of money. It had central ac and no fan so in case a patient feels cold, the only option is to switch off the ac and that too someone from their management team had to do it since theres no system to control the ac from the room. They dont guide you on how to call the nurse even when there is a service, its of no use. The staff is unaware of basic details like visiting hours.2. The consulting dr had asked the team to only give 1l drip bottle. The nurse instead gave almost two bottles which resulted in tremendous shivering and even after that she didnt stop the bottle and instead asked me to take unnecessary meds. She only stopped the bottle once complained to the doctor.3. Because of the air conditioner issues, I shifted to special room which had a basin full of water which couldnt pass through because of blockage. For hours, there was no cleaning done. We get here to cure ourselves but turns out, they have other plans.4. In one instance the nurse said that my temperature reading was 100.2 and I instantly took the medicine. The next minute on touching the body, the temperature didnt feel like 100. Took the reading again, only to find it was 98. Also, they dont show you the temperature so guys please take your own thermometer if you get admitted here even after reading this.5. The nurse call button wouldnt work. Everytime we had to go out to find them and call them.6. They ask you to take a RTPCR test at the end and this is told after you get admitted, not before that. Also, the cost of rtpcr is 750 and these guys take 5k for it.7. They dont give you discharge before 12 even if you submit your file at 10. To charge extra for the day, they make sure to push the process till 12 and more. Its the worst, would never recommend anyone.

Worst experience ...Cardiac ICU sisters not having manner about how to talk with patient ..they all are rude.Washroom and toilet is not clean for visitorNo parking area for four wheel.we need to park on road.

Never imagined such an excellent service from a hospital. One can get each and every tests and reports done from their premises itself so you dont have to go out. Doctors, House keeping and security staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I totally recommend this hospital if theres a need be.

- Services is good.. and food is good but for relatives please improve your food quality and put some options for food in cafeteria...- Please 🙏🙏🙏 make sure that u allow 2 people at entrance bcoz during the between period of card exchange of relative there is no one is present beside patient...- So please improve that thing that one person is stayed beside patient and another one is going for to give card to the relative...- Another one thing for quality please renovate the washroom of 6th floor and its window.. its not look good...- Please increase no. Of washroom at hospital... Bcoz there is all mix for staff and relatives.. so in emergency sometimes we have to wait or go else.- Thats all for my side but all over its nice...

Worst management and services....not deserving even 1 star.WARNINGBefore taking your patient to hospital for admission ,be aware they may decline to admit any time; even confirming admission on phone and even if it is refered by their doctor.In my case it was around 9:00pm and patient was on oxygen supply,we confirmed with AIMS DOCTOR &MANAGEMENT for admission and they confirmed admission on telephone ;so we took patient in our car with oxygen cylinder to get admitted and after reaching their hospital staff initially declined to give admission and after some time and after many request and begging they agreed and they got a checked oxygen bed availability and it was available and so they confirmed it and arranged.so we started with registeration process and it was completed,still patient was on oxygen supply in our car.After sometime staff said their management has declined to give admission and after looking patient in car they refused to give admission and saying patient is stable and NO BED IS AVAILABLE and at 10:00PM we were sent back.Dear staff & management authorities,if patient is stable and fit &fine;no one would like to get admitted in to hospital as it is not an adventourous place,people get admitted to hospital only if they have any health issues.This is worst in the name of professional ethics &humanityVery poor services.
