Doctors are good, but service is very bad...In PmjAy register your file. PMjay process is very slow.In every time file give to pmjay office and take back minimum 3 hours and maximum its continue for next day....I dont understand for though work done in 5 to 10 min,(ex. Private insurance police like mediclaim) they take minimum 3 hours.And Pmjay office is second floor... For discharge process every patients come second floor for precious discharging process.And other new cancer hospital has central ac.But its not work and all windows are forcefully closed by security and fill very suffocation...Its my personal experience....

This is very bad quality hospital, supporting staff are worst out of the world, specialty 10 no ward GYNEC ward nursing staff are very bad. Do not suggest anyone, until unless you are coming for free treatment. Administration of the hospital is very confusing and not in proper manner. Even though medicine are mismanaged if you are not monitor.Very very very BAD

Drs behaviour is not good for pt & relative, Dr not listen to pt problem. No senior Dr look your pt. Dr not talk about pt treatment & pt progress. No give any advise for pt relative. Medi unit 1st Drs behaviour is not good. My nephew detectd acute leukemia before 6 month. His chemotherapy running in gcri. His condition is good. But before fue days he suffering for swelling & severe pain on his hand. But Dr not treat him properly & not admit in hospital at that time. & after 2 days developed sudden gangrin on his hand. Dr said for amputation. I lost sudden my nephew. 😭 he is no more.if Dr treat properly 2days before ,if Dr look seriously pt condition my nephew not sufferd this problem. Dr not treat pt seriously. Pl Dr do your duty by humen being .Pt is very important for his family.

One of the worst hospitals, specially for covid 19. The only thing good about it is that it is cheap. Dont go there specially for covid 19 treatment. They also are facing internal issues with the resident doctors fee structure which might affect there performance for treating the patients.

HelloI called to do inquiry about a report called 68 GA DOTONOC scan for Grade 1-2 NET, the team refused to provide info without patient in person visit. COVID this rules ignoring safety, the info which can be shared on phone only cant understand the logic behind visiting hospital and even with patient only. though i told them that patient is remote location and we can call him only when we have enough info about the scan report.In general all doctor advised that all cancer patient shall take extra care in this COVID and this kind of policy by CANCER hospital seems quite unpractical.

Very nice and cooperative doctors and staff I visit gcri for my wifes treatment every 2 months in cml opd. Last visit on 12.3.2020 after that could not visit due to covid 19 cases in civil campus now I will visit tomorrow

Instead of giving 5 stars I would still complain about the staff. Typically about the security and nursing staff. Theyre ruthless. They dont seem to be careful at all about who there are talking to and how serious a patients condition is. We have faced difficulties with them multiple times just to see the lead doctor. Rest all the systems are very nicely placed. And yes 69 number block (pharmacy block) please put security personnel there as well.

Report and railway concession form issuer behavior was very bad in room no 17.412 office opening hours at 9 oclock, but report arrives at 9.30 pm.If you have to be treated here, keep preparations to worry.
