Third class service .bill charge high. But power cuts as rural area. Every tuesday power cuts for halfday and in rain most off power cuts in sarkhej ujala. Pathetic service . torrent power provide 24 hr power even in rain .ugvcl cant provide stable power service
Worst half day cit on tuwsday and sometimes in day during online classes and dont pick the call we miss important lecture due to them torrent is better than ugvcl
Pathetic. There is power cut practically every day. Light goes for 5 times minimum everyday.
Pathetic service, every day 1 hour power cut and no response. charging high bills but no one is ready to answer, why regular power cut is there.
Poor services, connection disconnected without any notice, moreover pending payment of only single bill. Not justify.
Torrent Power is better then UGVCL.They power cut at anytime. we had very bad experience - One time they forget to gave us the Electricity Bill so, they sent in delayed by 4 months and then they never updated on site or informed us that bill has been generated and they power cut my neighbours electricity. Lucking we paid the bill however, other member of the flat had to face the power failure and penalty for not paying the bill on time.WORST EXPERIENCE.....
Worst service. Electricity cut while bill already paid. No reminder for electricity cut. No update. Way of talking is not good. They asked to pay 120 cash in office and bill amount after that they will connect. If bill paid amount will show in balance but need to pay right now again.
Their service is very poor i.e. unannounced power cuts, frequent power cuts everyday, power cut for hours for one day in a week for repairs.And the worst thing is that the situation is jot improving.
There is frequent power failure nowadays.Today in Corona outburst situations all are at home and these power failure has made our life miserable.All electrical equipments are at risk.Meanwhile, I appreciate all efforts made by engineers and technicians to resume electricity.However problems must be diagnosed and root cause must be attended.If require take scheduled preventive schedule, replace old equipments etc.RegardsSanjay Jain as on 24th March 2020.
Staff are not updated with Govt. rules and regulations, Then denied E-Stamp NOC. Also They told me we dont have connectivity so we cant proceed your application. I ask when internet connectivity will back, the said dont know.They are not updated and too lazy....
