Nice place to stay in the heart of Ahmedabad. Rooms are clean as expected. Conveniently situated near a good market, so everything is available. Food is relatively expensive and it is a good idea to eat out. Traffic noise may be a slight issue for some, owing to its proximity to the main road.

Not so good in terms of hospitality

I visit this place to get my monthly quota of wine from their liquor store. They offer good service. There is vast collection of different brands os whiskey, wine, beer etc.The bad part is this Gujarat Governments arrogant attitude of levying about 70%taxes on liquor for a legal permit holder while they are inefficient to control prohibition effectively which serves as a lucrative field for Politicians & law enforcers.

I have been visiting Hotel President comfort inn since the last 10 years. I have been to other Hotels sometime even better Room wise. But I always prefer to stay here. Its all about helpful, friendly and absolutely supportive staff. Their food prices have recently increased quite a bit but the quality and quantity is pretty good and the same. Location wise its opposite Municipal Market, Navrangpura, CG Road. So no issue with late and early travel. Best of wishes.

Its the nearest hotel near my place. It has developed new building on back side where we had our family wedding lunch. Hall was pretty large and clean. Food was good. Staff was alert and cooperative. So all in all good experience. Actually i was not expecting this good hotel. But these guys are levelling up their stature. Great place for small functions

Checked in for one night, from 11pm to 6 am. The room was small, but couldn’t complain since I was the only one to accommodate. That’s when the horrific experience started. In morning I went to freshen up, I found:1. Commode was broken from one side, so the flush water was leaking.2. The jet/bidet wasn’t working. I had to use a bucket and a mug.3. When I picked up the intercom to complaint, to my horror I found that the intercom too wasn’t working.Will not recommend ever. Room 316.

ON 4TH AUGUST 2020, my Father went to buy Liquor at the store managed by Comfort inn President. he was shocked to see, they sell expired beer or to be in 10 days. The attendant was rude to answer, that even though it is expired or about to expire we will not change the product because we have billed the product. and they forced us to leave the store without giving the rest of the products. Horrible experience. those who buy from this store please be careful what you see is not the same thing you buy.

I have been visiting The President Comfort Inn Hotel for the last 9 years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food, especially complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are neat and clean. For so many years my only complaint is that as a regular customer they should allow 24 hours check out. But frankly theyre quite flexible with early check-in and late check-out.

The staff is very helping and one can avail excellent service 24*7. Overall, I would recommend anyone to stay here

Hi..This is my official visit to Ahemadabad from 16th June to 3rd July 2019 and i was stayed in Hotel Comfort inn President for 17 days. It was great experiance and staffs are very polite and helpful. Room service and house keeping team service is very good . The front office team is very cooperative and Ms Neethu mam was very kind enough . She knew that i am from South Indian and she helped me a lot in terms of room shifting and all my travel plan . The restarunt team was very polite and served with smile . Over all experiance in Hotel Comfort Inn President was awesome and i strongly recommend all the travellers can stay in this hotel like your home.

Pretty ok place. We did an event in the hotel. People seem to be good and welcoming. My only suggestion would be if you are conducting an event be firm with what you want from them and get everything in a mail, this helped us manage a lot of things.

I have stayed there regularly. But the only purpose I used to stay there was because of some of the old staff who were very helpful. Otherwise the hotel is very average for the 3200/- with taxes that they charge. Not worth paying that much. And now as of 9.07.2018 their hot Water system is not working so no hot Water. So you decide if you want to spend that much money for a cold Water bath. I am critical of the facilities and services here which have drastically dropped. Now I prefer not to stay here.

Good Service

Stayed here for 5 days. It was raining in Ahmedabad. And there was some damp wood smell inside the hotel. The food was good. The rooms were ok. Needs improvement in cleanliness. No packaged water, only RO water in jug were provided in the room. All Staffs were very good.

The management is not only greedy, but ridiculously under qualify to even run the show. The manager does not know basic fundament of the word Customer Service.To start with, they could not find my reservation. They dont even have computer to work with.The rooms were clean, but that credit goes to the cleaning staff. The operation manager does not get any credit. Wearing a tie and half sleeve shirt will not make the guests satisfied.I walked out with out even asking for compensations. Just stay away from this property till the management changes. It will be beneficial for both Comfort Inn and Guests.

The check in was fast and okay. The staff at the reception did not even offer to take the baggage to room as a courtesy. The hotel rooms are oddly shaped with not so great view. The bathrooms are not that spacious too. The bedding is soft nice however the AC is central and only thing we can control is the blower which makes exceptionally loud sound.I had a fluffy omelette in the evening to snack on and that was delicious! Did not have dinner though but had very high hopes for breakfast the next day.I went with very high hopes for breakfast but was highly disappointed. The options were few and whatever was offered was not upto the mark. The Dhokla was undercooked and the poha was over fried, the omelette was thin and the toast was not toasted at all. After having dhokla I did not even think of having idli sambar.The check out was smooth, however there was spelling mistake even though I had provided my ID proof etc. So was disappointing that the receptionist had one task to do which he could not do properly.

Food is poor quality even not eatable and most common sabji is paneer & taste is very poor quality . We stayed for 10 days but food taste is poor and we complain the manager about food taste and quality but nothing improved....

For a 3 star hotel, they provide very good ambiance. The atmosphere is nice and the rooms are quite clean. However, they do lack in services quite a bit. The housekeeping is quite slow and the room service food is not great. I would recommend this place for a single night stay.

Check in was quick, restaurant staff sounds to be adamant on buffet breakfast n dinner. if u order something from ala karte menu it takes 30-40 mins. but on other days when buffet was not prepared food service was good. towels provided in hotel are not clean and u can find left over on it by earlier guests. room sizes are too compact. overall an average experience n recommended only if u dont find other better hotels in the town.

Dirty, uncleaned Rooms with High Price, Bad Food served to choice from...Our recommendation to Corporate office of Comfort Inn to look into....

I was given an odd shaped room in an extreme corner of the building. This smallish room must have have been a store room or whatever. The solitary light in the bathroom did not work and the house keeping promptly came up, climbed on the tub, tried to get it stated and finally removed the fitting saying that they would replace it. Meanwhile there was no drinking water in the room.at this point I requested an alternate room and they readily agreed to change it. I was shifted to another room which was a relatively significantly bigger and better one. **Breakfast was barely average.Next morning I had to catch an early flight and there was no hot water in the shower. Had to abandon thoughts of a bath.Would I go back to this hotel? Not likely. ** I may hesitate unless I have some reassurance that I would get an equal if not better treatment as compared to direct booking.

The restaurant tis good but does not have a proper evacuation plan and does not have fire safety in place. We had a marriage planes in that place it was quiet spacious to be in there but some visionary guests noted the lack of fire safety and emergency evacuation plan.The place is still good to go.

We arrived at hotel so exhausted with work..we booked our hotel *..firstly it took too long for them.to receive confirmation from them....the hotel looked too good from main hall...the exterior is amazing. ...but the staff lacks courtesy. ....once we reached the room it was smelling like pest control seemed the room was given immediately after the pest control .we called housekeeping guy thrice still no one came ...atlast he arrived with some room fresher and we sat in room watching one cockroach moving all around in room...room was good and amenities were also good....one thing they lack is cleaning ...the tea making pod was dirty from inside. ...the fridge was not functioning. ...toothpaste n brush were not given...they delivered it after calling twice.....over all the hotel is really good but they should work on accuracy and cleaning.. ....at check out we gave the feedback to receptionist about it but one one bothered to took it seriously .

I came here because my company posted me here for 6 days, this hotel 14+ kilometer away from airport that may not be your concern. i am staying here so far,my experience is i m sharing here, employees sitting here they doesnt know what is customer service.most of the channel in TV not working, tv showing the indication that you need to recharge ..! food is good.

Pathetic experience. We are there corporate clients. Booked a room 6 days ago. Few people came and the rooms were given to them even though I booked it in advance. Was made to stay in one of their cheap versions for a night for which I was charged the same coz they gave my room to the people who came before I did. Please dont stay here. These people dont care about their permanent clients.
