Summary:Avoid going there as much as possible. If you must go, then go before 1:30pm. 2pm is their lunch time. There is always a queue at 2pm. Work starts again by 2:40ish and backlog gets cleared by 3:35~3:45. They dont take new entry after 4pm.Details:1. Employees: 4 Star RatingEmployees working here want to do the right thing. They always try to help customers to the best of their abilities. However poor infrastructure and lack of support from upper management and bank is hindering them from giving their best. Sometimes you notice them getting frustrated as well.2. Timings: 2 Star RatingI am not sure if other branches of BoB work the same way. At this specific branch, customers are not allowed to enter after 4pm. The bank officially closes at 5 though. I was once denied a token at 3:58pm by front desk receptionist. Had to argue with staff to get one and then to get my work done. Upon asking her name, the receptionist denied giving out name and also told that she is not the employee of the bank.3. Manpower: 1 Star RatingThere are 3 Windows for regular bank work. One of them is always closed. For almost 2 years that I am visiting this branch, I see existing employees getting overwhelmed with work and there is long queue of customers waiting if one of them is out taking lunch or on break. The 2 employees who are there, they always struggle to clear the work load.4. Ambience: 2 Star RatingAs expected due to factors mentioned above, there are always frustrated customers walking around and going from table to table to resolve their issue. Out of around 15 visits in last 2 years, Ive witnessed 2 fuming arguments/verbal altercation between a frustrated customer and a bank employee.5. Cleanliness: 2 Star RatingFloors are dirty most of the times. During last years rain, they put a sign for removing footwear outside of entrance. However only few customers followed it but most did not including bank staff and receptionist. This results in overall dirty place. This makes waiting in branch even more painful.6. Consistency in Operations: 1 Star RatingHave seen 2 different persons in managers cabin over last 2 years with few weeks of no one in that cabin at all. It was clearly visible how everyone was clueless including the new manager when the change took place.7. ATM: 2 Start RatingWhen you are facing the ATM; chances are higher that the one on your left is working well and one on your right is not. So, if there is a line - try to go on the left one first. If they dont have cash in the machines, (as of Jul 9 2019) it may take more than a day before someone comes and loads the machine.

The manager does not provide a contact number. No one picks up a land line phone. If you have been questioned by phone, why go to the bank in this covid environmentAll the A / c of my family were in Denabank. Now he has come to BOB.
