KVB bank may have one of the best balance sheet, but, people at the top and people working at the branch are clueless about what the excellent service is for NRI Customers. I m an NRI CUSTOMER and I have my FD and saving account at the Ashram road branch since 2012. In these 8 years, I have had to deal with more than dozen employees at this branch. The turnover is tremendous. You dont even get an email about who has left and who is now your relationship manager. I dont think that they even know what the relationship manager is and how should they be helping their NRI Customers. I have had to escalate to the top management so many times, but, nothing has changed. I m trying to get debit card and set up netbanking facility for past one month and I m still waiting. I wish I can name the people I m currently working with, but, i dont want to expose their identify. If they read my review, they will know who they are.For NRI, it is not easy to conduct any business if they are not being served in a manner which will keep them satisfied. I m hoping that this Google review is what is needed for KVB leadership team to wake up and straighten out the rooted issues at the branch.Senior manager Mr Venugopal refused to call me when I asked him to call. The culture at KVB bank is poor. The bank is so cheap that they would not pay for shipment of new nro deposit forms to open new NRO FD account. For maybe couple of thousand rupees, they lost the new deposit account maybe in lacs. I m waiting for the new debit cards.. I asked the manager Ms Ketki Shah to provide me with the shipper Info, but was never shared. Total failure on part 9f all employees at KVB bank.
