Its a very very bad and pathetic services from Andhara Bank, and specially they are think everyone is uneducated and not know any information about banks...Just want say dont creat your account at this branch

Very bad service..... They all are thinking that every person is un-educated... Also thay all have rude behavior... Also not sense how to talk with customer..... Not as polite with customer.. Arrogant staff...👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst service. today i have visited to withdraw cash from their prahlad nagar branch . more then half an hour waited for get cash . i remind them for my turn .but he is not serious & replied me i can not do any things else other guys didnt clear your cheque . they are blaming each other . they are playing with mobile . when ask them again he said there is some problem in our system . but really there was no problem . just they trying to kidding me . really pathetic service toward customer . i had good experienced with Andhra bank at vastrapur & thaltej branch both are providing excellent service . but prahlad nagar very bad ...............

Dont use this banks ATM it will debit money from your account but cash will not dispense and you will have to run for complaining to your local branch and then it will take a hell of your time.Rather for money withdrawals from ATM go to trusted banks like ICICI, AXIS, State Bank of INDIA, Central Bank of INDIA etc... i have lost 8k from my account and still didnt get any return.
