Its almost 20 years old building with very poor maintained interiors. There are commercial shops outside on the ground and first floor. For visiting any store, it is very difficult to find a parking spot as the the place is right on the cross roads. If you are looking for residential space then you should consider that this place is always noisy due to traffic right outside the building. The lifts are well maintained. But there is no lift to reach the first floor commercial shops which makes it difficult to reach the clinic situated on the first floor.

Very delicious and so many varieties of parathas. Interior is ok. Needs some sophistication.

The absolute best stuffed parathas in Ahmedabad, served steaming hot with chilled curd and pickle. Remember to make a reservation well in advance. The place is always full.
