Nice place 14 floor building and very much space in building area and flats are also comfortable but there security has no manners how to talk someone

My neighborhood society I always envy..I wish I could stay..The first tallest and multiple story building in the whole society.I am sure during the rainy season the people staying out there must me enjoying a lot ...the view must be very awesome.... spreading the hands and feeling the rain must be a beautiful experience...

It is located on a crowded street. Has nice, lively flats and apartments. It is great for people living there because you can find there Dominos, cake shop, patanjali, stationery. It also has a small play area for children. This is the tallest apartment in Vejalpur area. If I am not wrong it has 12 floors. There are two floors solely dedicated to departmental stores. The only negative point is it is little tilted or slant. It has basement parking system. It has large window panes. It is made up in small space. It has just recently been set up like more an year or so. It has a terrace. It is a single building with no blocks. It gives modern civilization vibes.

Excellent budget place to stay. We bought a flat in Venus Parkland which is adjacent to Venus Parkheights but it seems our younger sibling Parkheights has made much better progress. Flats are smaller than Parkland however they excel in cleanliness and also have very useful shops in the front like pizzs, bakery, ice cream, kids clothong shops etc. Its a really fun place to live.Press the like / helpful button if you like the review.

Low rise apartments. ample place for children to play, for elders for walking, jogging, sitting and relax, for party and occasions there ample place for celebration arrangements, people are also nice in the society. all types market for your purchase needs are in close proximity i mean just at walking distance.

Easily accessible society, Connected with roads so there is no problem of connectivity. The building is so built that every flat has excellent ventilation, unlike other societies in Ahmedabad which are so densely built, that there is very little space for sunlight and air to enter. Shops are still being built outside this building, but there are many options available nearby.

Very good society. Ample of space. Very convenient to market place & all other aminities. But buldings in society is too close to each other, due to which air ventilation in flats is comparatively less. If AC facility is available then there should not be issue of air

Construction is good. But Flat area is less compare to Venus Parkland besides Venus Park height.Store room is not available in kitchen in Venus Park height.Play area for children is also less.

As usual, construction quality will be poor as its in Venus Parkland even after feedback from earlier possession. Poor quality of locks, fittings and all the blocks have come out on pathways as leveling wasnt done properly..
