I enrolled for the YTTC 200 hours with Nirvikalp Yoga Academy. In lieu of the pandemic, the course was delivered online. The overall experience was good. We were taught asanas and pranayama along with yoga philosophy. Both Bhaskar sir and Abhay sir and very helpful and help attain conceptual clarity while focusing on spiritual awareness as well.

Hari Om...I would like to share my experience with Nirvikalp Yoga Academy here.I was having very less rather can say no knowledge about Yoga. But after joining the course, I understand the concept, philosophy, practice etc. I have seen many people who performed and practice yoga but wither they are not having the technical, spiritual, philosophical knowledge or may be they dont want to share.But from Bhaskar Sir and Abhay Sir, I gained lot of knowledge and also started implement in my day to day life.The time I joined Nirvikalp , I was quite depressed due to some unfortunate things but when I met them and started my new journey I feel quite balanced, relaxed and physically improving... yes I lost around 9 kg in 3 months and target is to loose more 8 to 10 kg in next 6 months. When I joined I was 88 kg height 5ft 5in. And that too with out any hard and fast diet rule, no supplement, no medicines. Isnt it a Magic. Thats the Power of Yoga.One can achieve it easily only condition you get the proper Guru.Under the guidance of Bhaskar Sir and Abhay Sir, I learned so many thing got my ideas very cleared, got my vision clear to see the world.Lastly I can say, Nirvikalp Yoga Academy is one of the best Institute to provide excellent theoretical and practical knowledge and its possible because the both the Gurus are highly qualified and passionate.I am expressing my immense gratitude , Thanks to Nirvikalp Yoga Academy.
