Exilent nursing staff for special and all over performance best

My grandfather take treatment from Dr.Parthiv Mehta since 20 years... Doctors nature is very good and also give best treatment. Other staff is very cooperative...highly recommend.👍

Not good hospital, untrained nurses, No one will reply you about the patient report, No proper arrange for their delux room, Nurse will come after 10 calls and Mediclaim team dont know any things they will call you 1000 times and make you frustrated you when you are busy with taking care of patient. Discharge process is very late, they will take you whole day in discharge.

Hello Dr. Kaushal,Patient name : Harisinh zalaWe visited yesterday the hospital for clarification of unreasonable charges in bill.But dr. Kaushal gandhi bluffed about the billing details. The explanation he gave was false.He broke the trust we have had in him for years.We have 2 different bills with hospitals signature which suggest different amounts for 2 services.1. OT charge : INR 7200/-2. Anesthetic charge :INR 4320/-BUT,. The amount was doubled in the file they lodged in Mediclaim.OT charge in Mediclaim bill became 14400/-Anesthetic charge became 8640/-Thats fraudulent activity! Total exaggerated amount of 11,430/-Another malicious thing i found in Mediclaim file was permission of 2nd surgery of chondroplasty on 17th may! If surgery was done on 16th may why permission for 2nd surgery on 17th may? Moreover the amount it said is 12000/- but in bill it is 24000/-Exaggerated net amount 11430+12000 = 23430/-One surgery has done and you guys applied Mediclaim for 2 surgeries!CLEVER AND DISHONEST OF YOU DR. KAUSHAL!ONE MORE THING,The form for cashless claim had patient signature column which have fake signature of the patient!Well, I feel cheated for such behaviour by hospital and Doctors. My parents visit you for monthly medical checkup for years, i dont think we can continue after such dishonesty!And i will definitely file a case against your hospital in consumer forum and courts. + Police case for fake signature.Sincerely yours,Rajendra Zala

The doctors are very good. All of the staff members and doctors are of hospitality nature They are calm abd sweet in their language and firstly study all the previous reports and after that only they take decisions. As a multispeciality hospital it has facilities of all doctors and all diseases

Dr. Jaimin C VashiI had a terrible experience with Dr. Jaimin C Vashi. he told me for costly injection and after that visited 2 other doctor and he told that no need injection.Also doctor jaimin only work for money (MONEY MINDED PERSON).Moreover I did not liked the attitude of the doctor he was like a authoritarian and very rude.Never ever go to this hospital even if you have it closer to your place.

This is very worst experience in this hospital and also dr statement are not clear for the any type of report dr say to me i have one day taken charge to icu but final billing he has taken 2 days icu charge and also dr say to me i have taken only one day icu charge but he has taken 2 days chages so dr give false statement and dr name kaushal gandhi so this is very bed experience to this hospital so i will not come in second time also i have not given referance to any other people.
