Third class service of ola I paid the Ola Rent to driver still this showing pending this is the 3rd time I am facing the same problem.I never use ola Money all time i paid cash to driver than how it is pending.I tried many times Customer care no. But No response from customer care .all time no is switched of or not reachable.I want to meet once any employee of Ola. Or I ll visit head office ola.Making fool to customer.

Totally dissatisfacted with the ola cab service as on 29th Jan 2021, I had sent my car for servicing and due to which I decided to use your taxi service as it is well-known for its reliability and cost efficiency, I booked ola cab I found Pic on app is different than a driver, I told driver it is not you, he threatened, I start compiling customer care old no one responded, online I tried to register but giving no result.Please dont send kids alone to.ola nor trust them ....I am going to register a case soon against such horrible service.

Ola is total fraud..they show the price and charged a way more than shown price...their behaiviour is totally unacceptable.

Worst cab company in Agra. I have booked 5 cabs in total till now. And 3 of them got cancelled. The drivers are always unpolite. I had to go somewhere very urgent, a funeral, and it got cancelled. May this company get closed and better company take place. I am highly dissatified. I had to rate it one star just because to write comment because it is not even worth it!!!

As I travel from Agra fort station to my home which is just 6.8 km away but my rider took the longest route of about 9.5km.Ride of 15min become of 35min moreover 100 rupees ride become of 263 rupees.They dont have value for someones time and money and also he was driving at the speed of 30 by talking on his cellphone..Ahhh...It was just worst experiencePlease make sure that your drivers must pay their devotion for service of the customers..Complains for my todays ride are ebdlendIm really disappointed with yiuy service

Ola has provided employment to many expert drivers so that they can manage their family well. Best service quality all over in India. Well managed and educated staff with supportive nature. Round the clock service in Agra and other cities. Thanks to CMD sir, Sanjay Dixit ji, Rupesh ji, Shivam ji and all staff members.
