ITC Mughal is an amazing hotel. Its a surprisingly big property right in the centre of the city and yet blocks out the hustle and bustle once youre inside the compound. It has lost a bit of sheen from its hay days but still very luxurious. The breakfast spread is extremely good.

I loved the hotel . The service was very good. Decor is very soothing to eyes and walk freely. Staff are but aged but are cordial . Helpful and well maintained. Open sitting area are nice and well thought off. Metro work is on on road only thing which i hated in my this trip.

Due to the pandemic, haven’t visited this place since last March.Ordered red velvet cake from bakery for my daughter birthday. Cake is so yummy and moist! Highly recommended!! Marvelous Resort, nice ambience, we enjoyed a lot. Staff, and cleanliness, in this covid time. The breakfast had several varieties, with delicious taste.Vast area to move reminding awareness of safety. My son Kusagra Pratap was thrilled exploring each corner of the resort. Every time whatever he needs he call for room service and they answer very humble knowing that he is 9 year kid. They given each and every reply whatever comes to his mind. I had an excellent stay at ITC hotel in the month of September 2021 on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. The hospitality, service and attention given to each customer at ITC is unmatched. I would like to do a special mention for Chef Rajat Sharma for going out of the way to assist in preparing special food for my 10 month old daughter and Mr. Bhim from Peshawari restaurant who was extremely kind and provided us great service. This is not one off visit that i am writing a review about. I have been regular at ITC mughal since 20 years. From the minutes you enters it gates,there is something very familiar that greets you. The classic ITC charm and hospitality. Regal and majestic in its appearance and warm / welcoming at same time. Like to mention about Praveen from security. He is actually doing justice to his role by giving very warm welcome during rush hours too. Wonderful place.

We went to Agra in five star hotel ITC Mughal Agra. From the top we saw the Taj Mahal and very nice views from our room too. Rooms were well sanitized and clean. It deserve as a 5star hotel. It has a very big swimming pool. But, felt upset as it was closed because of covid pandemic.Also Very nice and tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location was very good as well.

The room and the building was clean, ambiance was perfect, beds were comfy. Look was all traditional so you will have proper mughal feel and you can click lots of lots of beautiful photos of garden n pool.

The room was not as clean as you expect a hotel of this stature/price range to be. The room is spacious and well furnished. Some of the usual in-room provisions were missing. Staff is helpful but we had to wait a lot for the room allotment. The additional services have not yet reopened so will not be able to comment on that.
