Stay in hotel in between 27 Mar 21 to 28 Mar 21. Experience was very poor. Saltted water in supply and hence cant take bath. Sanitary kit OYO hotels was not provided. Changed room due to electricity failure just in 1 hour of boarding. Second room again was not satisfactory. Intercom was not working. None of rooms have any window etc for ventilation. Bed tea was not provided at 0500hrs as kitchen staff comes after 0800hrs. Not suggested for stay.

If you want to make your trip to Agra unsatisfactory then this is the hotel for you. They dont even provide the basic amenities like hot water supply or TV. The tap water tasted like acid and when we asked for clean water they asked money for it. No lift and hostile staff. Room was smaller compared to what was shown in pictures. Denied check in a lil early than the given time even though they had spare rooms available. They basically catfish customers with false expectations. Overall, a bad experience here.

Near to Tajmahal, but Little inside from main road, worst room service, no mineral water, only in house RO Waster. Breakfast was also below average. 2Kachauri with Aalu bhaji only and TEA, no hangers were in the almira. AC was also unable to maintain temperature. I thought Capital O is providing good quality , but I was wrong.

Water bottle not provided in the at the time of Check in and drinking water nit available at Room. Towel was not available at Room. Water bottle price is double MRP is 20 and hotel charged at Rs 40. Electricity is not proper. In Every 40 min electricity cut. for 20 min. I am check out at 10:15 but hotel staff already checked out at 9:30 with out my knowledge
