Party hall has a separate entry. Parking for party hall is on road but not allowed in basement. Food, service, hospitality & ambience is good. Toilets are at 1 metre height not user friendly.

Stayed there for a night, 26 Aug, 2021. Good hotel, rooms, lift, AC. Convinent to travel around Agra. Hotel staff co-operative, but firm on check-in, checkout @12 pm, not flexible. Found porters a bit demanding. And showers in the bathroom were harsh, we stayed in two rooms, same experience. One had bath tub also. Hotel and rooms are excellent. Recommend a stay. Didnt try in house food.

Went to enquire the rates. The staff behaved too foolishly. The old guy in the reception was trying to be witty but sounded as a fool. Hated his behaviour. Not recommended.

Ambience is excellent. value for money. can stay with family as well. food was excellent and hotel guys are very cooperative. nothing to be mentioned as everything was upto the mark. need to have one small conference room for short meeting with the clients.

Rooms were nice and clean. Reception area is big with sofas and we can invite people to meet. Manager was helpful. Complimentary breakfast was buffet system and tasted fine. Otherwise lunch and dinner were costly and taste was just average. There were few cracks in the room walls, which can be repaired.

One of the oldest hotel in Agra, the food here is lip smacking. Even in the flood of rooftops and newer restaurants, the restaurant here still holds its ground well.The best part is the generous sized portions of food/snacks and their reasonable pricing, besides a 10/10 taste. The staff here is most respectful, accommodating and attentive. Im the 3rd generation patron of this place, and no matter what you order, you will never leave dissatisfied.

The staff at the reception was rude. When we reached there were no peace we could found. It was noisy. If I talk about the food there was a quality but the service was late. The room where we stayed was not in a good condition low light and the there were drawings made on the wall. It look good from outside but the condition of the room is not good not worth money, and also staff at the reception doesn’t know how to talk to the customers and was rude, and was unable to provide a nice and cozy stay. It is a pet friendly hotel written in there website but staff themselves was confused with that not aware with there hotels policy and rules as I was with my pet and they asked me to show them from where I got the information of the same. Overall experience was not good only I like the food over there except that there were no precautions taken for COVID -19 and also they don’t know how to treat people.

It was nice experience. i love the Hotel , its Room, services, cleanliness, staff behaviour, washroom, morning Buffet breakfast. i will recommend this hotel as its located in good location, close to Taj and Agra Fort and you can have evening walk also to nearby market and shops as i walked after dinner for icecream and Gol gappe. Market was open till 9.30 pm. The Only thing i didnt like was they refused to provide empty plates so that we have only choice to have meal in hotel itself but They had overpriced Menu.

A decent place to chill out & rest. A visit there with couple of friends of mine, we booked a executive room, its very awesome & attractive.Loaded with each & everything we need. This palace is great & value for money. It also has meeting lounge, very big hall, & food was very tasty & awesome. I loved being here for 2 days. I wish I visit again.

Service and room was quite good.My booking was for 1 day and I did online booking.But I guess the owner of the hotel didnt like the guests who do online booking.We have requested the room for extra 1 hour (even we have checked out the room 2 hour earlier and kept luggage in clock room, so they can allot to someone), but they arent agreed to provide.I believe that if hotel (owner) dont like the online guests better, they will remove there hotel from online sites.For sure I will not suggest any online guests to book there booking here, because if owner itself dont like them, then facilities wouldnt be too great for them.For your reference gentle man in coat is owner.

Not a good choice for business and corporate travellers. The hospitality is very poor. They charge for everything like toiletries also. A one rupee sachet of hair oil is being charged 20 rupees. They even doesnt have a iron for ironing the clothes. The staff is helpless in every manner quoting policies of hotel as an excuse. Overall a hotel with average facilities. Only positive about the hotel is its location. Absolutely not recommended for business as well as personal travel.

Amar hotel is A 3 star Hotel property located on Main fatehbad road. Its a Family owned hotel. Approach is Very good from Both railway and bus stations. Staff is helpful services are good.

The room was a lot more than what was expected in the given price range with VRV Air conditioning, running hot water, good quality toileteries, mini fridge, electric kettle with tea/coffee sachet, daily housekeeping.The only turnoff was attitude of staff, who are always nudging you for tips. And their parking is not easily and full time accessible.

I am really surprised with the rating and comments. Seems its all given by either owner or their marketing team.. In my experience I would say worst hotel I ever styed. When you enter the hotel, no body will receive you and nobody will come to take your luggage. Cigarette smoke and smell all over when you enter the hotel as well as room. I was surprised to see rooms in basement. All illegal construction, dirty room and bathroom. There is a banquet in basement and the dj sound will ruin your mood. Ac will be unoperation midnight and you cant do nothing about it. Fan has no option of regulator, no wifi, intercom not working. Care taker and guards will come only for tip every time you leave the hotel. Old hotel with rusted taps, old furniture and amenities that arent working. How the hell this illegal constructions of basement rooms, basement bar and resturant, swimming pool (unoperational) are allowed by agra authorities. Its a hotel very prone to catching fire with no safety precautions.

I hope Hotel staff should give king size bed to the family besides asking for it they gave twin bed as it became so difficult to sleep.I booked Mughal room, but didnt had a feel of it because of twin bed thigh they said they have upgraded my room.and allotted me Elite.Rest everything thing was ok good breakfast and good housekeeping staff.

Smelly room: cigarette4. No proper light in room.5. No ventilation.6. Irresponsive staff.7. No refrigerator in room.8. Salty water in room.9. No parking in hotel if you take your own vehicle, you have to park on your own risk.10. No one recieved when you arrived we had 4 heavy bags but no one came to help my family.11. At the time of check out every body roam arround for help so that they get Tip.12. I think its 3 star rating is worthless.
