The staffs are rude.. They dont bother about Rs 100 order, they just respects the customer with high priced..The 1st experience of Mithai is my last, and I will not recommend my known nor I will visit.

This restaurant never follows the instructions given by the customer. The Indian gravies and dals have no taste except for and heat. Someone who cannot eat spicy food should never order from here. Even if you order for ghee rotis, tandoori rotis, etc, they send you plain rotis without ghee, however they charge you for the ghee ones. The quality of food and packing deteriorating day-by-day. TAJ would be a much better vegetarian option rather, since they are prominently working on improving the quality and taste of food.

Earlier I used to love this place.. I used to love their chat section.. But after covid they have increased the price and they quality of the food declined... I just visited today and the Raj kachori was worst.. The chana was hard to chew.. I would recommend all to not waste money on chat there.. Although Im not commenting about sweets that you can try for sure;)

Had a very bad experience today. No respect for customers. There were no customers and still I had to wait so long for my order in the chat section. Once they made my order they dint even call me and expects the customer to do all by themselves. When I told the fellow that he should have called me once the order was done, he mocked me by calling the next customer loudly and was laughing with the fellow mates. Taste-wise hated the Pani Puri. Not crunchy and was soggy. The papri chat was full of red chilli powder.

The man in the cash counter is very ill mannered he gave me a 50 rupees change which was in a very dilapidated state when asked for giving a good note he refused and said to change the note in bank. Management kindly look after him this is completely unacceptable.Thankyou

3rd class shop I ordered chole bhature the gave 2 big bhaturas which where very hard to chew n small amount of chole gravy worth 80 .. Not recommend
