It is a nice place to get evening snacks or grab a cup of coffee there. Place is ok to go in a group or with your loved one and spent some time with them. Good environment inside. Sitting arrangement are very well with sufficient space. Pastries are of good taste. But prices are high. Suggestion for owner: some prices reduction will give you much more customers.

Its the best coffee house in Tripura still now. The coffee,food atmosphere everything is magical here. Good place for couples,friends, family for hangout. A decent place. It was not up to the mark. I didnt find anything special there. In my cold coffee I found a very small insect. Moreover the cream over the cold coffee was not set. The ambience was not good.

A nice café for couples

We ordered Chicken Steak Sizzlers, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Crazy Doughnuts, Iced Cappuccino and Newyork Cheese Cake none of it was good. The taste was horrible. Way too expensive compared to the quality of the food.If you want to spend time with few sips of dark coffee or tea, the ambiance is good.But the food quality and taste is questionable and not as expected.Thank You!

I had ordered for Chicken Chilli Garlic and it was aweful and tasted like only tomato chilly sauce only.. Totally disgusting taste. Not recommended. Coffee is ok though

Food is good. I love their chicken tandoori sandwich. One of the best sandwiches in the town.Cons : service is pretty slow, too congested plus would like to request them to play some mild songs at the background so that the crowd can talk little low rather than shouting.

I would highly recommend to stick with the coffee, tea & me part. The cappuccino was excellent. Good flavor, structure of the milk was perfect. No complaints. But the food we had was an insult to my belly. First of all half of the things we wanted to order wasnt available. Why bother making a menu when you dont get the ingredients to actually provide the menu-items? Eventually we ordered the veg cheese burger. It took ages before we got it (although we were the only customers). When the waiter finally took our burgers out of the kitchen, he kept it behind the bar and put them into the microwave. Wait. What? This, of course, resulted in soggy buns, a sloppy burger and piping hot, cooked(!) lettuce and tomato. So I had to wait another 10 minutes before I could even take a bite of my burger and still burned my lips on the lettuce. Unfortunately the microwaving ruined the structure to an extend that it felt like I was eating a burger that had gone through a blender first. I couldnt manage to finish it. We did ask the staff why they put the food in microwave after it comes from the kitchen. The only answer we got was that they always do that with the food. So great place for coffee, bad place for food.

Do you like the taste of lettuce from the microwave? Than this might just be the place for you! I dont, and I like good service to, which I did not experience in this place. We entered on a Sunday. It was quiet and we ordered cappuccino. Than we wanted to order food. First of all, most of the veg sandwiches where out of stock. Only thing available: Sandwich with cabbage and carrot. Not a very big issue, but a little annoying. We both went for the veg burger and one plate of French Fries. After checking the kitchen, we got some bad news again. Out of French Fries..... The waiter (the only English speaking one) did not seem to care much for his guests after getting the order. He was constantly hiding behind the desks, I assume watching some film on his phone. It took a long time before the burgers came. When I went to ask, they just arrived from the kitchen. But before bringing them to our table, they put the whole thing in a microwave. Including lettuce, tomato etc. I might not be from this area, but putting these kind of things in a microwave is nasty in any country. The other downside: The burger was EXTREMELY hot. Including the bun. Not eatable at all. The bun got moist, just as the burger did. Of course the waiter had no idea, since he was still watching his movie. When paying at the counter, I asked if they always put burgers in the MW. The answer is yes. So, if you like that, go for it. The cappuccino was good btw. Again I learned my lesson. Ordering something different than curry or chapati in India is a bad idea. And with staff that doesnt seem to care, it only gets worse.

I ordered for an Iced Americano. First they got me hot cup of Americano! Upon realising they took it back and got me cold coffee with ice cubes in it with sugar separate🤣 . How in the world can we mix sugar in ice cold water with a stirrer? Common sense guys! You guys have a cute place and a very well written menu. I just hope you had a one page menu and you knew how to make all of them.

Food is good but not all items

Utter disappointment!! I used to love this place and recommend all.. untill the day, I visited this place after a long time.. ordered a cold coffee named black demon with ice cream and Cream.. I specially ordered this thinking of getting a scoop of ice cream..but it was missing!! Upon asking.. I was answered, rather rudely, that there is a printing mistake in the menu and they dont provide ice cream in this..I said, how on earth, a customer is supposed to know that!!This may be a small thing but when you pay for it and dont get what it says, its a kind of fraudulent activitiy. May be we ll not be visiting this place again..
