My new Home , after seeing hundred of flat my heart stopped at this place and this place attract me to purchase me here only not me even same thing happen with so many people in this flat , really like the construction quality as well atmosphere , builder thought is people purchase a home once in a life so dont make him up sate , in this budget nearer area no scope to find a home like this and also so spacious and airy hats off ,

Very good apartment, and peaceful atmosphere.. but very far from city area

On the SP. Ring road I Zundal village I. Gandhinagar district. The dorms a border between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.There are 2BHK Flats and shops in Four Blocks each of 11storeys with Four appartments on each floor.Constraints are with respect to groceries, milk and vegetables. One has to go to either Zundal village, adalaj or Motera/CHANDKHEDA for shopping.Traffic is horrible, as its a ring road, heavy and fast moving vehicles drive dangerously.Water is another irritant, no one to operate or monitor water pumping into the overhead tanksNo intimation provided in case if repairs or maintenance schedules!Parking is another huge issue, not worth buying property here as people of low iq and culture live here...
