I liked their deals and how I got so much for a cheap price. My only problem was that they show many items on their website and I bought it as it was in stock at the time of buying but after going through with the order, they told me they dont have it on stock anymore and have to refund me which is pretty annoying as I really wanted it. They said that is because they had to share inventory with H&M. SD, please only show on your website what you know you will have 100% in inventory so this does not happen again. This happened for 3 items in the same order. The customer service was able to help me out and she was very kind but I dont like who ever handles inventory having to refund 3 items because some how they dont have it in stock AFTER I bought it??

BEWARE! Terrible service, although they had some good deals. I have contacted them multiple times at various contact numbers/emails about a missing piece that i paid for. They have not answered me at all. Additionally, shipping took way longer than expected!

Items go out of stock and processing takes the longest time out of all online merchants I have used. 5-15 days for processing is ridiculous. No refunds on sale items and no cancelations so beware before making a purchase.

This company has the best sales ever. I was lucky enough to be invited to their VIP Ted Baker event and let me tell you it’s one not to be missed. The lines are a bit long so be ready to wait but the prices are well worth the wait.

Doesnt respond to emails and never recieved order

Had an amazing customer service experience with this company. Our packages were unfortunately stolen after delivery, Nicole from Style Democracy helped us through the process. She helped get our orders resent, and refunded the items that were unable to be fulfilled. I can honestly say that Nicole gave me the best customer service experience I have had from an online retailer. I will definitely be shopping with this company again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for good service and great deals.

Made a purchase almost a month ago at a Ted Baker sale and still haven’t received anything. All for supporting Canadian businesses, but this is poor by any standard. I am going to have to dispute it with my Credit card shortly and would not refer anyone to buy from here.Will update to see how their service team manages this.

I ordered some things through Style Democracy from Frank & Oak not too long ago. I did notice that it took a little longer for the order to ship, but I figured it would take longer anyways given the current circumstances with covid-19. When I inquired about my order, the customer service team was super helpful and informative and they made sure that all my questions were answered. My order ended up coming in the mail not long after and I absolutely love all the pieces that I bought! Would definitely shop with them again as love the deals! 👍

Great customer service - after having delays in shipping they sent out 20$ off codes which I used to get a nice pair of jeans! Also, after part of my order didnt ship out (because of the same warehouse issue), they instantly gave me a refund when I asked.Great prices, great service.

The best customer service I ever had. I had an issue with the size of some items that I ordered and they took the time to find a quick and simple solution for the problem I encounter. In addition to that, Online Warehouse Sales is a unique and interesting concept!

I really wish if I can give negative star to them. I ordered few items from their online sales last month. Its been a month that I have not received any email, any notification or any update from them. I am still waiting for the items to be delivered.Another worst part is they shipped half of my order which I received few days ago but still some of the items are yet to be received. Now this shows delivery is not impacted due to COVID, because if they can ship half order which I have already received that means the problem is with the company or team.I also wrote email to leadership but I didnt get any response from them. I really have not seen any company where leadership is also so unprofessional. When the product is available online and other items in the same order were shipped than why did they hold one item?Even if the article is missing it is still showing available on merchant website. This also questions to the authenticity of the items which are being sold by them.When article is available in inventory and half of the items are getting delivered from the same order on time then this can not be inventory, delivery or COVID issue. I dont need my refund, all I want that product should be delivered. I really dont know what and how to take it forward.But everyone please be mindful before you shop in future.

Before COVID, I always looked forward to StyleDemocracys sales. The Ted Baker and Nordstrom warehouse sales are my favourite! I always found amazing pieces with prices I couldnt find anywhere else. When they launched online, I was excited to get my warehouse sale fix. I shopped the Lacoste sale and while there were some issues with shipping and missing items, their customer service team was super responsive and made sure I was updated on when Id receive my order and even gave me a discount to use at the next sale. I look forward to shopping more sales online and hope that the in-person warehouse sales are back soon!

I cant recommend this company. They mailed me my item in the wrong size, and I cant get a hold of them. Their phone number and their service email address are not in service. Ill have to contact my credit card provider for a dispute as theyve already charged my card, and theres no way to reach them.

Very bad sales... They raised the price by at least 40% and then discount...Like a valaitno shoes sale 760 from ssense，these guy sale 1250 on its warehouse sale... Then have discount to 40% and additional 20%...Very bad overall.

Great company ,gives great deals for high fashion products at very beast prices . I had an encounter with the owner Micheal today . I had purchased about 1800.00 for our family from the Ted Bakers sales this week. the cashier had charged me for 2 duffle bags instead of one . I went back on Saturday and I talked to micheal and what a true gentleman with no question asked he made everything right . true customer service, great prices and I will recommend style democracy to every one.

Love the brands SD chooses to represent and the price points are always super awesome! The staff are most helpful and appreciate their help when trying to navigate through all the great deals!

My friends and I attended Style Democracys OVO warehouse sale they held on Wednesday Feb 5th and it was the worst warehouse sale event I have ever been to (besides the Ted Baker sale also hosted by Style Democracy where they did not allow you to enter after waiting in line).We arrived at the OVO warehouse sale at 9:30am (before the sale even started which was 10am) and waited in line outside in -7°C weather for 5 hours! We did not get into the front doors until 2:30pm. They were only letting 5 people in at a time. But once we got in the front door, after coat check there is another line and they make you wait another whole hour. So we did not actually get into the sale until 3:30pm in the afternoon! They were only letting 15-20 people in at a time every 10 minutes for the second line. A whole 6 hours of waiting to get inside the main room! Once we got in after only an hour of shopping, we got into line only to wait another whole hour just to check out. They only had 10 or less cashiers to check out the thousands of people that came to shop. Ridiculously unorganized!We did not get out until of the sale until 6pm. Basically an entire work day waiting in line. Worst experience I have ever had at a warehouse sale.

After my first few warehouse sales I quickly realized many are just not worth while, but for the most part Style Democracy has some really worthy sale events to attend, I just joined their newsletter.

Went to The Shopping Channel warehouse sale put on by styledemocracy, it was actually really good, lots of out of the ordinary merchandise to choose from and a relaxed environment.

Good stuff, I got a great jacket and saved at least 80% off retail!

I wish there was an option to give negative stars. This company hires racists and extremely rude staff members. My friend was at their Ted Baker Warehouse sale and did not want to check her coat. The door security had the audacity to say man, youre such a jew. When she asked him to clarify what he meant, he would not repeat.
