Have to say this is the best buffet place I have visited in years. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The place looks amazing inside. The important bit the food. The options felt endless and everything I had the joy of trying tasted amazing. Cant find any fault at all.Will definitely be going back in the near future and recommend everyone to give this place a try.

Me and my husband visited for the first time in over two years on Thursday. So glad to see that the place is still as great as ever.A huge range of food was on offer from varying cuisines; including Thai, Indian and American as well as Asian, and it was all absolutely delicious. The service was also spot on by all the staff.Will definitely be coming back more regularly. 😃

Excellent variety of food. Kept well stocked.Fresh counter cooked food to perfection.Staff were pleasant and helpful. Kept your table cleared and no problem bringing cutlery or napkins.Surroundings were relaxing and clean.If Im ever back here in Chester I will be calling in again.

Fantastic management and staff. We travelled last night to visit fir out first time and I am disabled abs I called before booking and the manager couldnt be any more helpful. The food was lovely and if you needed anything the service team were never far away.I just want to thank you for all that you did to make our first meal out in 18 months so lovely.Theres a lift that the wonderful manager showed me how to use and was so welcoming that I hope that myself and Bella will be back very soon. Thank you once again

I went on 19th September for my birthday with my partner, 2 children and their partners and my gorgeous little 3 year old grand-daughter. Service was great and the staff were very good with my grand-daughter and her enquiring little mind. The food was lovely and although she only ate a little egg fried rice and a tiny bit of chicken there was enough for her to have chosen from had she not been so excited to be out with everybody, as this was our first family meal out since the start of lockdown. There was certainly enough to choose from with the desserts and she was eager to try the chocolate fountain and had a few sweets from the jars they have there but declined any cake or ice-cream, again too excited being around so many people to chat to. I love the sushi bar and the extensive chinese range. Everybody in our party enjoyed their food and we will definitely be returning. The only thing that I would have liked was that food that had run out was replenished quicker. I did want some noodles but it was empty for a while and a few others.....but still very nice and a lot to choose from.

Amazing place! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a huge selection of food such as soups, sushi, seafood, salads, chicken, beef, curry and all sort of deserts, plus chocolate fountain. You have to pre book and you can try and help yourself whatever you would like to eat and as much as you feel. The staff takes away your plate as soon as its empty. The food is delicious and fun for everyone!

Food was brilliant, loads of choice and if u dont fancy chicken or beef with the sauces on the buffet u can ask for a chicken fillet or steak to be cooked fresh right in front of you. They dont skimp on the meat in the dishes either there was loads on each dish . No pizza tho sadly as they do advertise, service was OK sadly we asked a young lad twice if we could have a drink and twice told he would send over someone to take our order and no one came, we eventually asked the manger I think for more drinks. We traveled about a hour to go here for food and said we wont do this again( prior to arriving) because of the distance but panda mami certainly changed our minds and we cannot wait to come back again.

Visited a few times and always had a great experience. The food is varied but has a focus on Asian cuisine, havent had anything I disliked. The staff are really friendly, facilities are very clean, and there is parking right across the street.

Food was average, certainly nowhere near rivalling 5 star hotel as they claim on their website. Standard of food is closer to the midling local chippy. Also, Found a long black hair in my dish more than once. Not worth the £19, not even close. Oh, and they charge kids adult prices if they are over 140cm. Only thing is, they have a measure there and my 10 year old was 150cm according to them... hes nowhere near that.

I’ve been many times now and I really love the food. There’s great selection, the staff are friendly and helpful, really good value for money. The adaptions for Covid are simple, safe but not particularly intrusive. Our favourite place to eat out.

Great place great choice at a very reasonable price

The food is good with a wide range and the service was OK, but the big problem is the child policy which results in a 10 year old girl capable of eating only a couple of plates of food being charged £17.99. We wont be able to recommend it or go back again due to this anti-child price structure.

First ever visit,staff very good and friendly,busy yet nice atmosphere,Good choice of different dishes etc..however the actual quality wasn’t that great,also found a lot of the choices/trays were either empty or very low with only scraps left and also noticed that none were replenished during the duration of our stay.Rather disappointing on the whole and for the price,could of had better and cheaper from our local takeout.

Really nice food, good selection of Chinese and a few Indian dishes as well. They give you gloves to wear when you go up to get food. Its back to buffet style and not table service. The staff are friendly and always around incase you need something.

Food is nice and with lots of different choices. However, my 8 year old, who is very tall for his age, was charged as an adult (!?). I wouldnt recommend this place if you have a child who is taller than 140cm but still eats like a child.

If I could put 0 I would!! Really disappointed this place has really gone down hill. Not as busy as it once was! All lids left open so food is all exposed and not kept warm. All meat dry the whole time we were there they kept topping the popular dishes up and just mixing it in with what was already there. The dishes that weren’t as popular sat there for hours. We spoke to someone who gave us a drink and then brought a ‘fresh’ plate of chicken which tasted just as bad if not worst than the first. The desserts were warm and the cream tasted sour and actually made me heave. We used to go here regularly but we will not be returning. We spoke to them at payment and the member of staff got quite rude saying ‘well you’ve had a free drink!’ I started feeling ill just before we left and been ill since I got home and through the night! STAY AWAY

Was disappointed in the selection of food for the price per head… was expecting a salad bar, a bit more veg and pizza which the children wanted. I thought buffets always had these?! Food was salty and not great… dessert counter looked good but there were only a couple of prongs and they were covered in old bits other desserts! Got the ice cream but it tasted weird… husband and daughter said the same and it actually made my daughter feel a bit ill afterwards. Lots of Asian food mainly so okay if that’s what you want!

We arrived at this spot for a meeting. my friend recommended this spot. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff members were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was great. We loved this restaurant a lot and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

Like an all inclusive holiday buffet. Fine if you want to stuff your face but food quality and general cleanliness are poor.

We met with friends at this spot for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was a winning. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

Nice cozy place in the heart of Chester. Good for a group outing. Offer all you can eat with decent options on the menu. Nice desert option as well. Decent variety of drinks to choose from but few options if you want non-alcohol drinks. Adequate parking is just outside (Grosvenor shopping complex parking lot). Staffs are good; courteous and tidy up quickly.

Really love this place! however I do wish they provided some more veggie options for customers. The staff members are a tad too excited about clearing up plates off of tables but I understand theyre just trying to be helpful. Aside from this it is great restaurant and a excellent place for a date.

This place is overrated. The food is quite dry and bland. If you have a milk intolerance there isn’t many options. I had a table booked it took 15 minutes to get seated. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive, we spent more time waiting to get in and have drinks than actually eating. We left because the food just wasn’t what we expected.

Best Chinese and other types of food Ive ever eaten and the staff there were so amazing and my brother even got a little panda teddy. Would definitely go again without a doubt.

Yes it is another buffet restaurant but, the staff are very friendly, there is a good selection of food, which is very tasty and more importantly hot have been to a few where lookwarm would be an improvement.With a good selection of wines, Beers and spirits wont go thirsty, good selection of desserts to boot.Very reasonably priced and located not far from the main town centre this is a place I will be coming to again and would recommend giving it a try. Went today through a booking made during the week. Arrived, had temperature taken, given gloves and was seated. They didnt have pizzas or the salad bar there but still very nice. Also very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely no good for a vegetarian unless you like chips, noodles and spring rolls. Would it really be that hard to supply one main course???

Relatively good Asian type buffet with plenty of dishes. The variety is great. Had dinner here and the dishes were replaced quite often that the food didnt feel stale or left there. Service was quick too when clearing plates.

Great selection of food catering for all tastes .Only a few criticisms not very hot but as things arent cooked fresh as it is a buffet cant really expect them to be and some of the puddings stale as been sat out for a while ,but would definitely go back again as its great value for money

Wouldn’t recommend going midday as they’re quiet and food was cold. It had clearly been there for a while. Chips etc weren’t even edible. Partner didn’t eat anything due to this. Service and drinks were fine until I was paying and told them we were unhappy about paying for my partners food as he attempted to eat but couldn’t. They knocked our drinks off (one each) which wasn’t good enough, the drinks were fine. The lady behind the till got arsey and made it clear she wasn’t the manager an couldn’t do anything about it. Instead of using manners and getting the manager for me, their was no need. Won’t be back, definitely sticking to the slowboat 🙂.

Awful. Tikka masala tasted like it had been cooked in baked beans. Dish washer tablet for dessert and a selection of other disasters.The only thing that didnt taste horrendous was cold. Feel sorry for the boy who had his birthday there.

We went the first shift of buffet which is till 3 pm and its a bit cheaper than afternoon but the food isnt as fresh and not much of choice . the only good thing was the desserts with a lot of choices but I didnt go there to eat dessert.

Very busy Saturday night, lots of drunk people around the entrance area waiting for a table, we had pre booked which was a bonus, food went very fast so lots of empty trays, and little choice, had to keep an eye on them getting replenished, no bowls when we finally got round to desert, 2 adults and 3 kids, 5 cokes £112, not the best, but maybe a Saturday night wasnt the best night to choose for Chester.

Not much to show really same as the million other photos of the place it just has perspex screens up around the place and when you go up its mandatory to wear gloves which are supplied and tbo there pointless. Overall experience was good.

I made arrangements to meet my parents their on Wed 26th may, my mother was on walking sticks, she is exempt from mask wearing, she is undergoing treatment for cancer, but has numerous health problems, after giving their details, my mum was asked about not wearing a mask, she said she is exempt my father had on a mask, they are both fully vaccinated the guy asked her for confirmation of this, ie from Dr or otherwise, she told them she didnt carry Drs letters etc as she didnt need it, he said you cannot come in then, my father stepped up and said you have NO RIGHT putting my wife on the spot like this, its obvious looking at her shes Ill and can hardly walk, he said hell let the manager spk to them, my mother said dont bother were not staying, their loss, my mother said I was seconds away from lifting up my blouse and showing her colostomy bag, only their was at least 6 people waiting to come in who heard word for word, we as a family frequent this restaurant at least 8 times a year normally, 12 to 14 family members at a time, I and my parents were disgusted with the way they were treated, all I will say is, if youve a disability they do not welcome you there there loss, we went then to the Chinese restaurant overhead the Iceland in Chester, they couldnt do enough for us, re my mothers disability well be using that restaurant in future

It was my first visit here while staying in Chester for work. A good choice of different dishes. The covid precautions were very good and not a problem because the restaurant was very quiet anyhow. Its tucked away down a side street and once you find it I would recommend a visit.

Everything I ate was very tasty from the freshly cooked steak by the chef to the chicken and blackbean sauce. The cake was real and didnt evaporate in your mouth nor the icecream well worth the money. Only gripe seated upstairs so going back and forth losing weight or my food if I was to slip. I would like to hear some authentic music to suit the theme.

Lots of food to choose from, all of it terrible.Dont expect to try authentic dishes from around the world these are poor representations of them, but if you like school canteen food then this is perfect.
