We were told about this restaurant. coming from new delhi myself i felt an emotional connect with the name of this restaurant. however we found titus restaurant much better in terms of location and variety of vegetarian food they offered and therefore preferred it over this one. here getting a car parking was also quite a problem because this being on a main road had lots of rush on the road in front of the restaurant. besides huge area of the road had small squatters and pavement sellers occupying it, making parking impossible, whereas near titus it was much easier to find a parking place.

Good food and authentic taste. The shop is a bit shabby but the food make up for the condition. Their mutton Khorma and Coconut rice is epic. Dont forget to try their tea as well. Very responsible and average meal with chicken or mutton would be maximum 4000-4500 mmk

After I changed new decorations it becomes better and comfortable to eat at restaurant.

1 fried rice +1 tea cost 1100 MmK . But it is delicious though.

Really budget meal, not the best in taste, but gets the Indian tastes, Puri dosa chapatti each is just 700 mmk and a veg rice meal was 1500 mmk, rice meal hardly has any good veggies or gravy, just the rice and deal with papad is what I had . Not the best in ambience but thats the area like that.

Nice Indian Restaurant in downtown Yangon, spacious in comparison to other downtown local restaurants. Cheap prices make it an attractive place to eat.The only downside is that the food came out a little too quickly leading me to suspect they reuse older food. Not a problem if you have a strong stomach.Certainly a good place to check out!

I have visited here quite often and the appetising food with reasonable prices are far beyond my expectations which are enhanced by heart warming employees. Flavourful food are all halal and vegetarian options are also available, so friends with different religions and different food restrictions can have mouth-watering meals together in the same restaurant!

Tried their Dosa and puri. They exceeded the expectations.1 dosa + puri set (2) costs 1400 (700 +700)kyats which is less than a dollar.

This is the best Indian restaurant in rangoon in my opinion, especially for the price. mutton curry with rice was absolutely fantastic (4000kyat) and they are very generous with the portion sizes. The side dishes and chutney are always brilliant and are constantly refilled until you are satisfied. The chai is also fantastic and the general attitude of the staff is very friendly and happy. They even ran down the street to tell me Id accidentally overpaid 1000 kyat. Really very lovely people and the food will speak for itself if you try it. Drinks are also reasonably priced and the food is not too oily as with some places.

My most favorite Indian cuisines in town. I usually get takeaways so not sure how its be like to eat there. No car park.

Superb South Indian Food!! The veg thali with chapati is only 700 ks with free top ups of curry!! The dosas are super fresh, deliciously textured and ridiculously cheap also at 700 ks. My favourite curry was by far the Mutton curry jam packed with amazing flavour and tons of mutton!!! Dont forget to drink the milk tea. Sweet and absolutely delicious. The entire bill with tip was 6500 ks for two people and we feasted like royalty!!!

One gets all Indian food with the taste of Indian Standard.Years ago in 60s there was a Restaurant called Delhi Darbar where we get all india pasta food such as naan, paraatta, poori, etc., It seems to have been replaced by the present designated restaurant.They serve delicious non-vegetarian food with reasonably high price compared to street stalls. The atmosphere is clean to normal standard.
