Its better to buy from online , GERA VISION HAVE , bad service ,arrogant bad attitude of owners , third class installation . before they told me installation is free but 2 hrs later ,start lying that it will cost more. sardar did a very bad job installing ac ,which i didnt notice at the time. but it start giving me problem later. check photo

Request Service Number- RNP210603095713,Purchased Dual Inverter 1.5 Ton AC on Mar 14, 2021 but not cooling appropriate. Room Temperature doesnt goes below 27°C even after running of 4 hours at 16°C. Engineer visit has been done but there is no response. No help from customer care or nearest service center. Very bad support and complaint still not solve from June 3, 2021.
