Food is great, service is great too.

This has been the second time that I have the food here. Still as delicious as I remember.The boss and the workers here are all very nice. They try to satisfy customers’ needs only because of their passion towards providing tasty food to the customers.Definitely recommend when it comes to Indian food in Taichung!

I ate here once before and the food was nice, but then I ordered delivery from here today and the butter chicken and raita were made with sweet yogurt. Both dishes were awful. The butter chicken was far sweeter than even a Japanese curry; it was like a dessert but with chicken in it. I can imagine someone might like a little bit of a sweetness to these dishes, but I cant believe that someone intentionally put so much sugar in this food and thought it was palatable. The samosas were fine, but I will not risk ordering food from here again.

I stopped here with a friend for a late dinner. We had an order of samosas, chana masala, and some chapati. All of the dishes were perfect. The owner made us feel very welcome so well definitely return here and try some other dishes.

The service is very fast and the prices are very reasonable. Loved it, delicious range of Indian food cooked very well. I recommend that you go as a family or group too have the chance to share more dishes. The ambiance is nice and service efficient. Will be back to explore the menu. Strongly recommended so far this is easily best Indian food.. In Taichung.

The curry had too much sugar in it! The service was just alright, not really the best but still okay so two stars. Ordered two cheese nams and only a fraction of the whole nam had cheese.Honestly I wont go back for the same price I can have a better quality meal in either Andrews or chillies with a 5 star service.

Decent food. Quick service and courteous staff. But I wouldn’t call the food great or very authentic. However you also need to count the customers who come here, who seem mostly local.To that, I’d say, quite good food actually in a place where there’s not much choice for Indian cuisine.Rates are quite ok too - slightly on the higher side compared to Singapore.

Very tasty and reasonably priced. The food smelled so good we did not even get a chance to take pictures before the kids dived in and devoured most of it…Palak paneer was creamy as expected. Buttered naan and garlic naan were both prepared perfectly. Beef curry and chicken tikka were very tender. Prawn biryani was just great with the authentic long grain saffron rice. Loved everything we ordered and will definitely try again soon!

Expect amazing Indian cuisine.I come visit whenever there is time because food is just A+.Ordered Masala Papas for appetizer, and its the perfect starter-its refreshing and light.The lamb curry is equally good, and is best paired with their Garlic Naan. My favorite right now is their Tandoori Chicken. Pretty good food!Come on a Friday night and enjoy your meal while being serenaded by live music!!

I had been going to Mr. India restaurant since Longtime and have been recommending it to my friends as well. Since I am a vegetarian, this place have never disappointed me.Try their palak paneer (spinach cottage cheese curry) with garlic naan, ask for medium spicy.Also daal tadka and jeera rice is a nice combination.I always end my dinner with masala chai.

Amazing authentic Indian food, good atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff! I suggest the bhuna lamb combined with garlic naan and yellow cumin rice and lassi for dessert. Will be going back again.

Wonderful restaurant with authentic food, lovely dining are and friendly hosts. Its very reasonably priced and often the chef brings free samples! You can get your level of spiciness, so no need to worry.

We had lamb buhna, chicken ticka masala, cheese naan, spciy naan, mango lasi, and masala tea. All are the best indian dishes you can get in Taichung city. Super skillful chefs, very very nice hospitality, and dinning atmosphere. Will definately come back again and again!

Decent Indian good, but thats as far as Id go. I felt the portions to be a little small and the prices too high for my liking. Its certainly not bad and if someone wanted to go there I wouldnt talk them out of it. Not my first choice though.

I wouldn’t call this place authentic. Also, the flavoring was bland for my taste, compared to the many other Indian restaurants I had visited.

I went there for many times, the food wasnt enough to amaze me, but is okay to eat and the price is cheap, but after the third visit every dishes gone so bad and so wrong. Hate this place and will not dine there again.

Had a horrible experience at this restaurant. When asked to distribute the food we had ordered across the table instead of putting everything down at one corner or the other, the owners daughter argued with my colleague and said that she expected us to do it ourselves. The owner then came over, wagged a finger at my colleague and asked him to behave himself because he had made his daughter cry. His demeanour and the way he said it was so hostile that I completely lost my appetite and stopped eating immediately. In any case, the food was substandard, so I didnt feel too bad about leaving my meal mid-way. Needless to say, I will never visit this place again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
