Saved the day by getting us a last minute table tonight! Amazing food, seriously the nachos are insane. So tasty, drinks superb. Customer service was amazing, lady who booked us in and gave us drinks and then the young guy who served our food was fab! So friendly and nice. Easily one of the best restaurants in Worcester. First time eating in and absolutely did not disappoint! After pondering the large menu with great advice from the staff, I went for the marinated chicken fajitas. Served on a sizzling skillet, I could hear it coming from the kitchen before it hit my table, smashing stuff. Portions sizes are mega, well priced, great atmosphere and quirky mexican decor. Great experience, one of Worcesters hidden gems. Keep at it dudes 🤟.

Absolutely Fabulous! 10/10 on atmosphere, service and food.Vegan options were extensive and the ones I had were super yummy! My partner had excellent meat choices and thoroughly enjoyed his meal too.Very highly recommend Chesters for a fab night out.

Friendly helpful staff and service in a well present Mexican style restaurant. Food was excellently present especially my wife’s ‘sunshine’ enchilada!😁 the option to add extra levels of chilli heat to my chimi-changa (habanero) hit the spot!🤯 The margaritas were fantastic too. Ive been here three times previously and it was a good experience but the website is a joke as there is no option to book online - it refers you to call , except they never answer. Ive been trying to contact them for three days!!!!

Both the Food and Drink is reasonably priced.. Used this restaurant on a few occasions and its always been a decent meal. If Mexican is your thing then its well worth a try.

I visited with my 2 children on a lunchtime, the service was great , our food was amazing the prawn fajitas were so tasty and my sons chicken wraps were beautiful the chicken was crispy and cooked to perfection, as for the desserts they were fantastic, just wish my sons caramel cheesecake was bigger as I would have helped him polish it off

Staff were initially unwelcoming but that was resolved. Downstairs is an authentic setting upstairs more like a cafe and not worth the price for a separate dining experience. Food tastey and all enjoyed what was chosen from the menu

Best Mexican food in Worcester. Massive portions. If youve never (really) tried tequila or mezcal, go for the tasting selection of three different types. Blanco, Resposado, Anejo. Slightly different flavours based on aging.

I was hoping for a good meal based on these reviews but I was quite disappointed. The burrito was only filled with meat, and lacked freshness of any type of vegetables, guacamole, salsa or beans in it. The rice was outside of the burrito too with the wrap placed on to of it. so the tortilla got soggy and had to use a knife and fork to eat it. So it wasn’t a burrito! Was also quite expensive, but the meat did taste nice.

I had 3 dishes from the tapas menuKing prawns were definitely not as described.We’re more like value prawns. Tough and chewy.Next dish was shredded chicken , with strips of tortilla which tasted like french fries, and had no flavour ie; the coriander which was described.Food was mediocre, service was ok.Overpriced and would not rush to go backI did not complain, as I was in good company, so just paid up and left .In hindsight I should of mentioned that I was not satisfied with the food

Friendly, great Mexican food with an ethical stance so had recently removed beef chilli from the menu, but not a problem as plenty of tasty options including vegan and GF. Socially distanced and masked when we visited. Well be back.

Enjoyed a Mexican burrito and a beer here for a midweek lunch. The restaurant was fairly quiet, but all of the Covid measures were in place, and taken seriously by the staff. Highly recommended.

Great Service from start to finish. We arrived shortly after opening time at lunch and were quickly greeted and seated. The food was great and the service was really good too! Wed both recommend this place for a good meal at a decent price. Very nice non-alcoholic beer which Ive not had before.

Nice staff and we found a table easily and I had the burrito which came with nice fillings and beer at a reasonable price however I just wonder if the food prices here are a little above what you may expect but you will get good food I just not sure that the price quite matches the food at 15 for a burrito but that is your choice / its in a nice back street and I did enjoy my food

We dropped on this place on the Saturday of the Christmas market for a bite and drink to escape the crowd! So glad we did, the staff were very attentive, food was great and we loved the laid back ambiance. They have a cellar below for additional dining. We had two lovely Burrito meals and a bottle of wine. Couldn’t fault. They are obviously doing something right judging by the reviews. When back in Worcester we’ll be sure to drop by ! Well done to the staff at Chester’s 👍

Great little place.Cheaters has a cosy feel to it but not cramped. There were 4 in my party and we had plenty of room.Staff were friendly, happy and smiling. The menu was good with plenty of options for gluten free, vegetarian meals etc.I had the salmon with prawns, the fish was cooked well and the seasoning was tasty. All in all a great dish. The other 3 in the party said how tasty their food was too. The prices are reasonable for the food quality and quantity.We were the last people in the restuarant but were not rushed out and didnt ever feel rushes to leave or make a order.Id definitely recommend this place and Ill be going again.

Thoroughly enjoyed, one of the places where every bit of every course was really nice, the dude knew a lot about tequila and I did a mini tasting session with the meal which was awesome. Great selection of drinks and vegan food as well.

The food here is absolutely fantastic. The staff is outstanding, and its all around a great spot to grab a bite to eat. I would definitely rate this as one of the best mexican spots around. Cannot recommend enough.

Great interior, amazing, friendly service with a real down to earth feel. Menu offers loads of choice, loads for vegans and veggies (and they actually offer vegan alternatives rather than just leaving stuff off like a lot of places do!). would recommend the fritters off the tapas menu! Food came out looking amazing and tasting even better. AND the best margarita I have had maybe ever!! Loved it all, cheers guys

Amaing place for high quality food. Portion sizes are superp and even the current limited menu can cater to anyone. Spice levels can be changed per customer and the service staff take their time to ensure every diner has been accounted for on the order.

Food was okay but defiantly not worth the money. We also discovered black bits in both our meals and when asking what it was the waitress said it was ‘earth’ from the salad... so we pretty much ate dirt. Makes you wonder how they clean the salad

First time trying a Chesters, Ive only ever heard good things about it but Im not a fan of spicy food so didnt think it would be for me. I was wrong! I had the veg and hallumi fajitas which were full of flavour without being too hot to eat. My partner struggles to find decent vegan food but there was plenty on this menu and he thoroughly enjoyed his nachos. I think this might be our new go to place! The only thing Id love to see is gluten free wraps.Ps I think guacamole is gross but clearly Ive been eating the wrong stuff because it turns out its delicious from Chesters.

Best Mexican restaurant in Worcester. Food is great, menu vast and the portions arent small! Staff are also excellent and friendly and the beer selection better than most. Gets busy at peak times so book if you can but staff will try their best to accommodate if you havent. 5 stars all day long.

Excellent family friendly eating.Chesters coped effortlessly with our dairy-free, Gluten-free family. Spicier food for the grownups but no problem getting unspiced food for the kids. Very friendly wait-staff and warm, inviting atmosphere. Great!

Fantastic restaurant, great variety in the menu for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Ive taken work friends and my partner there so far and everyones loved it.Big portions however so you may want to order just a main!

Menu has down sized significantly but still plenty to choose from. Can be a little noisy when busy sitting downstairs. Staff are friendly and atmosphere and food is great.

Never had a bad meal here. They are by far the best nachos around, and their selection of chillis are amazing. Great veggie and vegan options and they do a mean margarita as well. For Mexican in Worcester is has be Chester’s. Love the atmosphere of the downstairs dining area too. Food is always fresh and tastes homemade. What a great meal and so reasonably priced. Comfort food at its best, friendly staff and great atmosphere - its going to be a regular haunt from now on!

Fantastic Mexican food. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff with good customer service. Brilliant range of beers from around the world.They made a small mistake with our food that we didnt even notice until they pointed it out and they knocked the drinks off the bill! We werent going to complain yet they made amends anyhow. Very impressed.

Good, fast service. The chicken was amazing! We had a late lunch here and can tell that the place would be busy and lively in the evenings.

Went for lunch for colleagues leaving do. Food arrived promptly and was very tasty and good value for money. Female staff member was friendly and attentive. Happy to revisit as menu looked good.

Dropped in here for a quiet meal on a Wednesday evening and was very pleasantly surprised. The ambience is laid back and a little quirky without giving the feeling theyre trying too hard to be cool, and the service was fast and friendly.Overall, an extremely enjoyable - and very filling! - meal, with good service in a cosy and interesting environment. Chesters never disappoint. The quality is superb, especially when considering the price. There is no better chilli in Worcester, completely blowing the competition out of the water in any measurable way. The service is always sublime and youre greeted by wide smiles. I would honestly crawl to town for a single sweet potato fry from here, they make me weep.

Have been here several times and the service is always good and staff are friendly. It is cafe style but nevertheless the surroundings are relaxed and calm. The food is tasty and well prepared at very reasonable prices with plenty of choice on the menu. They also have a small choice of bottled real ales, a factor high on my list when choosing somewhere to eat!

I think chesters is fantastic, Mexican food done really well and a big menu. We have been for evening meals and for lunch with my kids. Highly recommended.
