Very helpful and suits are amazing, latest designs and the owner goes above and beyond to ensure you get suits tailored in time for special occasions even if it means very short notice. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic owner me and my daughter in law went there today and they was so helpful got a lovely lengha and shes ordered another one for me, shes also sorted tailoring out on a lengha we had brought from Leicester would ho here again 👌👍
I recently purchased 2 items from Bhogals. A salwar suit and a lengha, both needed some alterations which were offered to me as part of the total price paid to the items. (over £300).The alteration service has been very poor, the quality of work done is bad - the zip on the lenga top broke whilst i was at my event, and the salwar suit was missing a string on the back. The alterations were promised in good time before the wedding, however the service was very delayed and last minute and the workmanship is poor.The top has been left with Gagan (shopowner) after I pinned it with safety pins during the wedding. Service and communication continues to be very poor, no urgency to correct. It seems once you have paid your money there is no responsibility taken over the quality of the garments or the tailoring done by them.Be aware if buying from here, if alterations are required find your own tailor you trust, also bargain on the price of items and dont be fooled to pay full price on the promise alterations will be done within price paid.Overall, a very disappointing and upsetting experience
I WOULDNT GIVE IT ANY STAR BECAUSE THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEEN PHONING (MOBILE) FOR MY STUFF FOR AGES & NO REPLY! WHY DONT THEY LET WISH KNOW THEY CANT GIVE PARCELS OUT INSTEAD OF TAKING COMMISSION OFF THEM!

What a great day! Cannot believe my luck to have entered the shop by chance and left with 2 spending suits, at an awesome price and friendly staff. The whole shop is filled with top designer clothes, worthwhile a look, but also the staff allowed me to be at ease when looking and trying outfits, cant believe how nicely I got treated. I’ve always thought I’d get my dream wedding dress from India. I never thought I could have my dreams come true so close to home, not only did Bhogals make me my dress but allowed me to design it exactly how I wanted, including style, fabric and sequins. As I wanted a unique look to the normal Indian lengha I was able to send them the styles I wanted of the dress and I’m pleased to say the look i wanted was more than achieved in the agreed time frame. They kept me informed every step of the way and ordered a patch sample of the dress before it was completed. I would definitely use them again as they are willing to go the extra mile to make your wish come true.Thanks again guys, God Bless!
Literally can not rate this place enough, I always seem to get what I want, for the price I want it at. The latest trends and experienced tailors in one place. Being plus size (size 18) it’s hard to find Asian clothes as they only tend to go up to a small 16, and most of the time, loose material doesn’t work for me either, but here they cater for everyone and nothing is ever too much! They never disappoint! Thanks for my lovely grey beaded suit Bhogal’s I love it :)
Absolutely fantastic shop great service always , they started off in a shoddy little shop but I new these guys had better potential than that ,and they did it they moved in to an amazing place with so much more space all new and beautiful ,There suits are out standing and it goes along with their personalities such a great family business keep going guys always here to give you 100% x
Bought a suit from here and I have to say I will never be purchasing from here ever again, there are many better places around their store. I bought a suit but once I was to wear it for a family weddings party in my hometown London. there were pen markings inside the quality was the worse most definitely inside, being tacky quality and for the price, it’s no where near worth it :/ very disappointed.Ps. This suit was bought quickly that being buying it with the size I do with all other suits.I recommend though unique and Zara’s !For the owners - I believe the service we received was not good at all from the woman that looked to me owned the shop and I had no offers to be helped at all apart from the awkward stares.Thank you.

I love this shop i had my prom dress made from bhogals and it was just what I was looking for it came quickly and fitting was perfect aunti and a uncle were really polite and helped us with everything we wanted. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone. They have made most of our families outfits and they have been perfextremely all the time thanks guys

Amazing shop I would recommend this shop to everybody the best on Dudley road so far I had been to every shop but didn’t get service like I did at bhogals. Would like to thank everyone at bhogals for my ready made suit and the customise lengha they had made for me on time and fitting was perfect I also bought some unstitched suits to give to all my family in Italy. Once again thank you very much I’m looking forward to shopping with you guys again
OH MY DO NOT GET ME STARTED. Visited the store a couple days back and I could not BELIEVE that this store is still running. My full set suite that I had ordered was poor quality and sincerely overpriced. The material felt like plastic and was incredibly sharp I couldn’t wear the peice for much longer. I went back just a few days ago now for a return and this young boy was sitting outside with some raklia, he spoke incredibly rude to me and I can’t believe they employed him he looked 13. His silly behaviour sharply diverted me to another suite store... could not recommend this to anyone looking to get a quality piece.
