What a wonderful place! We had a great time with our one and four year old. They got to stroke animals, saw the animals in the shop, did a scavenger hunt as well as using the beautiful sensory equipment! Will definitely return! Highly recommended!

Nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything in plain speech and said that if there was anything wed forgotten to ring the shop for further advice. Ive had occasion to order twice from HugglePets and havent been disappointed. It appears the items Ive ordered are always in stock, just what I wanted for my pups namely a fabric fold up carrier in camo medium sized and then a pink medium sized training crate. I was delighted that HugglePets responded so quickly to my orders. They both appeared as if by magic within two days of ordering this was utterly brilliant. Both items purchased are of excellent quality and have perfectly fulfilled my requirements for the pups. Even my husband was pleased! What a result!! Also, lest I forget, in my enthusiasm to post a positive review, HugglePets excellent products were not as expensive and I mean really not as expensive as other similar items I had researched so I am a very happy, discerning customer. Misleading and misrepresenting listings on eBay. They have had hundred complaints but don’t care. They will surely post some sort of ‘we have read your purchase and messages etc’, I actually don’t care about the refund, all I have asked is to update your listings so you don’t scam others.

I visited Huggle Pets this morning as I had a problem with the heating system for my bearded dragon. Rather than selling me something that I didn’t need they checked what was wrong with mine and managed to sort my issue out at a fraction of the price that I was expecting to pay. Huggle pets was brilliant my brother went there to look at potential new pets, the staff were extremely helpful and helped up with the perfect set up for his newly chosen white tree frogs. I would 100% recommend. Everything in the picture was purchased from the store, everything came with instructions so was very straight forward to put together.

A simple matter of larger arrows on the floor, they were tiny, I embarrassed myself by nearly trying to go the wrong way out. Then when I was near the entrance and I realised, I told the member of staff what I had done, and was told to go and walk round via the cat isle, there were no other customers and I have mobility problems. Not every disability is seen or in plain sight. My awareness is not very good. I realise that online stock is rarely all held in store. I was very much interested in seeing a particular cat litter box of which was not on the shelf.

Happend to find this littel gem by chance board sat home in Telford Telford googel reptiles centres near me only 40mins drive. Tooked away in a part of an industrial estate. Wasnt sure I had the correct place. Easy parking access right out side on the shops premises. Was greated by young well dressed mannered member staff asking if I was after anything specific and could he help. Being a disabled person using a walking stick the isles where wide enough for a wheelchair. Easy laid out signed one way system. As an owner several reptiles I was impressed how much stock and animals they had . Was asking very intelligent gentlemen about my new bearded dragon over thinking and worry about dobby not doing what Ive seen other babys do. Obviously he was very knowledgeable about all reptiles. Gave me some very useful information all I have to do now is convince my wife to let me try some the things he suggested that I havnt tried yet. Felt guilty for not spending anything with them because obviously because covid money is extremely tight. But will definitely bring my wife and her assistant dog to have a look around some point. First impression are important and for me fact all staff wearing same uniform and the three members I spoke to even the young lady in the aquatic part was polite and said hello even though I was just browsing. Definitely going back

Absolutely do not ever use this company. I had a poorly manufactured vivarium for a reptile ordered last summer that I recently assembled (correctly - despite what they suggested) and the reptile escaped in the first night. They initially offered me a partial refund for an item that didnt fulfil its purpose. They then reassessed and decided against offering a good will refund after reviewing their policies.They also didnt respond for nearly three weeks - Please do not send multiple messages about the same issue as this will delay response to your enquiry as it will move your enquiry to the end of the queue.Must be a hell of a queue.Im huge fan of supporting local business, but when a company clearly acquire their products from somewhere they can get produced as cheaply as possible, sacrificing the quality, I would suggest steering very clear.

I recently purchased the large collapsible crate for my cocker spaniel puppy and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of this product. Arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations.Regarding size, I was unsure what to order for my cocker spaniel as I only plan to use the crate for when he is sleeping when we go on holiday, so the large will be perfect for that. However I would probably recommend the extra large if you’re planning to leave a cocker spaniel in there for long periods during the day whilst they’re awake. I have a fully grown spaniel as well as a puppy, and he would happily fit in the large to sleep but wouldn’t have much space to roam if he was awake, my puppy however has plenty of room!Overall I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone as it is so easy and quick to put up and take down, super lightweight and easy to carry. Two clicks and you have yourself a sturdy bedroom for your dog. Also great range of colours to choose from. Thanks Huggle Pets.

I got a leperd geco from there

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Never received the item I have paid for aswell as a complete lack of help from the company (cant be bothered). So they have my money and I have no product! Disgusting. Instead of taking the item back and redelivering the delivery company dumped the item on the street outside my home as there is no where else to leave it. It has since gone missing. I contacted huggle pets to see if it could be resent and they take it up with the delivery company as it was their mistake and they have continued to just say iT SaYs iT wAs DeLiVeReD with absolutely no other help (as they have proven below) 😂. Worst customer service!!! Vile company!!! Also the photograph is of the top half of my front door which is directly on the street. It shows no parcel or where it was left......

Very poor attitide and customer service. I ordered a dhp and shade dweller from them which never arrived. All in all there was about £80 worth of goods that didnt arrive and a damaged box arrived that had clearly been tampered with and didnt have the items in. The shop had a bad attitude about this and refused to give me a refund as it left their warehouse OK. So if anything gets damaged or lost in transit they wont refund you. Absolute disgrace of a company that Rob its trusting customers. Stay away, use swell reptiles.

Ordered a fish tank on 1/2/2021, with instructions for the courier company to contact me to arrange delivery due to my location. 5/2/2021 checked on the Hermes website and they cannot deliver it themselves so have arranged for another company to deliver, no communication whatso ever. Spoke to customer services at Huggle they are looking in to it. However given Hermes reputation I will sadly be asking for a refund as I will no longer be available to receive the delivery. Sorry Huggle you need to change your courier company. It is such a shame as I believe that Huggle are a good company that have been let down by the choice of delivery company.

I purchased two ‘floating’ dog toys; which didn’t float at all.I informed hugglepets about this and requested a refund for the ball that sank without a trace, and for reasons best known to themselves, hugglepets banned me from purchasing any further items on eBay.A bizarre and petulant attitude for a business which certainly doesn’t deserve any return business.Avoid, avoid avoid
