Best food, good quality and nice owner and courteous staff. If you order party food, owner will give nice suggestions and make your party success with best taste. I tried variety of cakes and pieces.very delicious. Delicacy served. Vouch for it any day

Long waiting for billing your food.The ambiance replicates the most of the Indian cafes.If you want to try puffs then this is one of those places.

Their breads (including buns, puffs, and croissants) are genuinely pretty good - its in their name, after all. We usually get pav from here when making pav bhaji at home. If you want pav, call ahead because they make limited quantities and may run out. But that way at least you know the pav is fresh. The goat biryani is also excellent - probably the best in the Boston area.Weve also tried the dosa, dabeli, and some pastry and chaat items here but these are not their core competency. My best advice would be to avoid getting anything else beyond breads and biryani; youd only be setting yourself up for disappointment.

The food tasted very good. However the place does not inspire confidence in the first time visitor. As soon as you enter, the place feels grimy and over crowded with items. The tables were not completely clean. I hope to be surprised at the next visit. I will visit the place again for the tasty food. I might choose to take away food though.

The place had the vibe of a bakery in India with a lot of good Indian snacks in the menu. Their egg and goat puffs were tasty. But, the cleanliness of the whole place is questionable. I would definitely love to go back and get all my favorite Indian savory snacks but I really wish they kept the place clean and tidy.

The whole bakery is cute, but is somewhat unhygienic. They could do better, things need to be cleaned. The glass case for the cakes and pastries are foggy. The wait time was long (around 6pm on a sunday) and they had trouble completing our order. The staff doesnt wear gloves when putting food in the to go bags. (< up front) The trash can was out in the open, with no lid on next to the case with cake in it. The decor around the shop is covered with dust and grime.Ive been in the bakery waiting for over 45 mins, I understand that making food takes time but its really frustrating watching other people get their food and leave. :( Really hoping they do better, and actually read the reviews people leave.

Ordered Veg panini to go and it came with just lettuce, cucumber and very little tomato! Not even grilled properly and served cold. I have eaten here before but not sure if I will return back due to the poor quality of this dish! Disappointed..

Very unhygienic! The server used (probably uses) the same gloves to touch food items, handle credit cards/cash, receive packages and deliveries, and is totally oblivious of the fact that food should be touched with clean gloves only. I had to specifically ask him to change gloves and he still couldnt comprehend how to handle food with clean gloves. I finally ended up cancelling my order.Ive had food here in the past, and wish I had paid better attention to how they prepare the food. The food tastes good, but the unhygienic aspect really threw me off. Never going back again!If you go there, please keep an eye on how the server is preparing your order.

Best place for authentic hyderabad Biryani, veg chicken or goat exactly in hyderabadi style. Not at all overpriced like other Indian restaurants. Try goat curry as well.Pastries are delicious, mango, strawberry or chocolate flavored pastries with sponge cake are a must try.

Food was ok not as good as it use to be 14 years back. Place is really pathetic and they need to take attend on keeping it clean. It is not ok to have that place looking this filthy especially the place where you are asked to throw the trash. Don’t know how their kitchen will be if the outside itself this bad.

This bakery makes the best butterscotch cake I have ever had in my life. They take special design orders as well. The picture attached shows a design I got from the internet and they did it perfectly! FRESH! LOVEIT!

Place has gone down like you cant imagine. Their pastries, which reminded me of back home are horrible and sorry to say, we had throw them away. Butterscotch and pineapple pastries - tasted the same! Black forest was dry as a bone....I dont think I am going back there.

Very poor service by the owners. They have $10 minimum for credit cards even during Covid times. The owner gets confronted with the customers easily. No matter how good your food is, with such type of customer service, no one would like to go.

My first time ordering from them. Naan bread was so good. Palak paneer also delicious. Yummm

We got a goat croissant and a piece of mango cake to take home and both were great! We did not know what to expect when we walked in but its a small buffet style restaurant with a counter of sweet and savory pastries.

Excellent South Indian Biriyani. I go just for Biriyani. Not a good place for dine In but good for take out.

Here is my experience with Hot Breads in Woburn: First and foremost, the place looks filthy, the staff didnt wear masks and when we walked in they wore masks. I feel as if they should wear them since they are making food?We ordered was Mirchi pakora, but were unpleasant-tasting The Chaat Papad was distasteful and stale.I wanted to order small, layered samosa but they are outside without any cover on top of them. I asked for 4 on the glass display. He picked up big Samosas (not layered ones) and started to heat them up, and I had said I dont want them. He replied that he already heated them up and forced me to take it. I didnt even take them into my hands, or on my plate or ate one. and I had said that I dont want them. They were still in the paper bag and still in the microwave. And they billed me for it. Dont GO THERE

Good Indian snacks and buffet is totally worth its price. However, the buffet is more Indian like and not American taste modified buffet. So, for indians the spice level would be excellent.

At first when i walked in here as a white person and the staff being all Indian men, i felt uncomfortable, getting glares and stares. I decided to try it again years later. I still got a rude guy behind the counter who wouldnt even look at me. But a kind man assisted with my interest in the Indian bakery food. I have since been back to try the buffet, very inexpensive 7.00 on weekdays and 8.00 on weekends. Very limited offerings but very spicy if you like spice and hearty. You must dine in to get buffet hear. I still get glares esp. From Indian women customers but since i have become a regular the kind men behind counter being little treats over as they come out of oven. Its a run down place so the cheap prices for the food which i care most about well and being delicious food make up for the ambiance. Thumbs up

Came here for the first time and pleasantly surprised by the tasty affordable Indian food. Its a quick eat and go kinda place. Better for take out. Their chicken or mutton kheema is a definite try. They have a good collection of Indian sweets and snacks.

Questionable sanitary conditions in kitchen. I have been at the cash register several times and have been able to see into the kitchen. Very hot there in the summer months. All kitchen doors open. Noticed dirty hands on workers coming out of kitchen filling buffet also. I will no longer eat there !

Reminded me of Hot Breads in India. The pastries are exactly the same (in case anyone from India is nostalgic). Try the pineapple cake and the black forest. Very different from a typical bakery in US.

Cakes are always good. I ordered the 4 lb mixed fruit cake and everyone loved it.. light and fresh. They have a book with 50-60 cake designs. Highly recommended for cakes.

The very little meat it had was super chewy.They serve pre-made food buy just warming in the microwave in the plastic to-go container.It was worse that the frozen food.I am looking at the positive reviews and they surely look made up.Vada pao was no way like vada pao. Just spicy potato with garam masala and fried earlier in besan batter with too much eating soda in it. No what so ever flavor.Even the uttapa looked premadeGoat biryani was soggy with typical previously frozen taste.Pavbhaji was the same no flavor just spice.My MIL who loves spicy didnt like it either.And trust me I can handle heat if the food has flavor.The worse mean of our vacation. Almost got me worried that it will spoil my rest of the 2 days of the trip.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shady place.Tried Jalebi, it was soft and not crispy at all.

The food is decent, but sometimes it can give you a diarrhea. Just pray that it is not one of those days. Also, customer service can be improved(a lot!). I had to wait 15 minutes to get a paneer puff (which could be pulled off the shelf).

I have been going to this place for 4 years now. The ambience sucks but the food is good especially dabeli, puffs and eggless pastries. This is the only place I know so far where you get eggless cakes and pastries. Sometimes they screw up with customer service thats why I have given them 3 star.

Highly unsterile (unclean /dirty) workplace. (Most) Food are days old. Served after heating up in microwave. You wouldnt know the quality until it comes to room temperature. I highly recommend people to only try their pastries as it has less chances or being bad. Do not try their buffet or packaged food kept on counters.

The best and most authentic Hyderabadi biryani I have had in USA. I am from Hyderabad and i strongly recommend this place for the biryani alone!The buffet was small, but packed a huge punch in the taste.The prices are unbelievable, I went there both the days I was in Woburn.Must visit!
