I was pleasantly surprised by this pool. I had low expectations because I have had previous experiences at City of Winnipeg pools that werent great but this pool was awesome! The staff were super nice and the actual pools were clean.

Was very close to being hit by a grey Chevy equinox who went the wrong way into the parking lot while I was going down the bike path slowly.When I pointed the sign out to them after the stopped and got out (within 10ft of the bike path and I never turned around to leave the bike path) they claimed it didn’t matter because they weren’t entering and it was anyone who they almost hits fault and they were just parking for a minute to put up yard sale signs and pulled out a hammer while yelling at me (hammer for yard sale signs).I don’t feel like the pool itself is bad but I do feel that area is dangerous and not safe to be around for anyone trying to mind their own business.I used to clean up litter around that area and down the bike path but now I won’t even stop or give anybody any attention because of this awful incident.There’s much more they said that I wouldn’t want to get into detail about but it came off very threatening and there was nobody to witness or help in anyway shape or form.Be very careful if you’re going anywhere in Windsor park or maybe anywhere in Winnipeg.If bonivital pool shared camera footage with me of the vehicle to help my report I would most definitely change my review but as of this moment I have no reason to like the place or the area and cannot wait for the chance to move away.

Great pool - daughter went here for swimming lessons. Seems to be kept reasonably clean and its great that they have two pools there as well.

The facilities are older, but well maintained and clean. They offer one warmer shallow pool, and a larger cooler deep pool, as well as a hot tub. They offer a lot of classes for all skill levels, even adult beginners through the Winnipeg leisure guide. Of course, the also have lifts to assist folks with movement difficulties.

The pool is fine... But the city just started a new rule that parents have to pay full fair even if they do not use the pool but are within the general pool area (i.e. not in observation area). Im sure the city can find less petty money grabs...

This is one of the smaller pools in the city. It has the warmest water out of all of them. The instructors are excellent. The change rooms and showers are good. Lots of parking!

Fairly consistently clean and friendly. One thing Ive noticed over the years is that Male employees are in the distinct minority. None of my kids have ever had a Male swimming instructor over the many years weve gone there. If we are going towards an equal opportunity society, I feel like bonivital needs to step it up and hire more men.

The lap pool is nice and not too busy in the early afternoon on a Tuesday. The hot tub is small and a little dirty. Mens change room is nice and clean. The showers stay on long enough and are warm, but the pressures a little high. I dont think there are family change rooms.

My wife and I have started bringing out 8 month old daughter here for Leisure guide swimming lessons. Considering this is a public pool that offers plenty of infant swim classes, the change rooms are difficult to navigate with a child not yet walking. The change tables are away from the lockers and the womans change room infant change table doesnt have a strap. Its an intricate balancing act to get your infant and yourself changed before and after a lesson.Pool itself is wonderful. Staff is super friendly.

Great for little ones. We go to the free swim there because the pool is nice and warm for baby. Lifegaurds are all friendly. They have added another change table in one of the locker nooks so that made changing much easier.

A great facility to bring you little children to. The shallow pool is always warmed for them and my little boy loves it there

The city over prices this facility, but the facility and staff are top notch. About to be closed for awhile to under go renovations.

Water is always so warm. It has 2 pools as one is for laps only and a hot tub. The sauna is a bit small but still enjoyable.

There is a shallower pool and a 25-meter lap pool. There is also a whirlpool and sauna. The swimming classes are fantastic. The under 5s class was a 1: 4 student teacher ratio. Great for kids learning.

Good pool with decent rates, but the public swim time happened to coincide with private lessons for some reason so they closed sections of the pool.

Good place for a young family swim. No diving boards. Lifeguards were helpful. Very warm shallow pool.

There are 2 large pools, lots of seating for parents amily watching swimming lessons. The instructor for our baby son is great.Only complaint is that there arent enough baby changing stations in the womens room.

The water is always warm and the facility is usually less busy than the larger pools like Pan Am or CKRC. Good for swimming with kids.

Great pools. I used to swim there as a little kid, and now my kids swim there.... I hope theyve changed the water...

All the staff are very helpful and my daughter has always enjoyed coming to swimming classes

The water and air are nice and warm, theres plenty of space in the pool, theres lots of toys for the kids, and theres a hot tub!

Love that we can go each week for a little swim. Got us out of the house this winter!

Worst entrance, bad change rooms. Dilapatated city pool. Needs retro. Staff is excellent.

Public swimming pool. Check for public swimming times before coming, they have swimming lessons throughout the day all year round. Good size change rooms and everything is always well kept and clean.

Like most public pools, its out dated and the change rooms are small. I found the staff very friendly and helpful though. That was a definite plus.

Today my kid is so depressed because of the staff abuse my son. Now they trying to cover it up. we too poor to file a lawsuit against them and get that staff remove from abusing any more children. All parents of kids who go to bonivtal pool be safe one staff is abusing children

A little long in the tooth. (Built in the 70s? And needs an update). Upsides - the locker takes a quarter ($0.25) but you get it back! They also have a change room for familes/special needs customers. The staff are also very nice.

Clean locker area. Lots of hot water. Nice shower area. Pool is really nice goes from shallow to a deeper end for families with children. Seperate pool for laps swimming. Lifegaurds are friendly & helpful. Nice small Sauna & hotub for 5 ppl at a time.

Smaller facility and very cramped change rooms. Otherwise a good pool experience.

Pool staff were very friendly, pool was warm and family had a blast!

Drove 1 1/2 hours to take the kids swimming went inside and asked if they had public swim to which the employee said yes got the kids ready into the pool and were forced into the shallow end of the pool with no slide or anything for the kids while the entire pool (including the shallow end which at one point had 2 different groups with instructors!) Was consumed for swimming lessons. Huge waste of time and money. Would not recommend this place.
