Staff was a bit rude, but overall helpful. They charged me for a contact fitting without informing me and after me double checking that I would only be receiving an eye exam. So I was charged an extra fee that was not covered by insurance which was very annoying. Even with the contact fitting, my lenses did not fit at all and would rotate during the day- and even when they were sitting in the right place the prescription was completely off. I left a voicemail about getting my eyes re-checked and refitted a couple of times as the office did not pick up their phone and I never received a call back.

They were very friendly, helpful and thorough! They also worked to get me my new glasses ASAP to replace my old broken ones!

It’s like a visit with old friends when I go to Williston Optometry. I get the best eye care and options for their glasses and can always stop by for tweaking my glasses if the need arises.

Was there primarily for an exam to update my prescription, which was performed by Dr. Marconi. Professional, gentle manner and explanations as the exam proceeded. Highly recommended!

My exam was done by Dr. Marconi. Never have I ever laughed so hard during an eye exam! He was knowledgeable, an avid listener to my concerns, and made the environment very fun and easy to be in. His expertise in the area were very clear to me. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and welcoming for the duration of my appointment. I have already recommended to a family member and will be a consistent patient of theirs.

Dr Clark is excellent in his knowledge and detailed communication. His staff including Annie and Kim, did an excellent job handling my needs. Always a pleasure to visit.
