One thing makes us a little bit uncomfortable is one of the young staff didn’t check the way of veg bibimbap. Cause we are not Korean, not familiar with the cold style and hot style. They didn’t check and assumed we want cold bibimbap. When we ask the staff, she said you didn’t tell us u want hot one…

Very disappointed 😞 this restaurant is overrated. The 🍟 chips are not crispy. The cheese was too little. The chicken wasn’t crispy neither. The beef soup was lower than average. Stone binbimba was the best. The steam pork belly was alright but Marubang’s por belly wins. I was looking forward to this restaurant but it turned out to be not delicious at all. I won’t come back again. Toilet was clean. Parking is alright. Staff is busy but ok. Bad experience due to the food.

Tucked in the corner of a street is this authentic and well presented Korean restaurant. Dishes are a tad pricey but you get good value out of it.

Had their beef and spicy bulgogi & sweet & spicy fried chicken with chips, they all delicious, generous portions and reasonable price. Will definitely be back to try other food on their menu.

Read the reviews about poor service (no greeting, slow food, etc.) and did not experience this at all.When we walked through the doors, we were greeted out loud even by servers at the top of the stairs.Had our orders taken by a friendly server and food was served in about 10 minutes.Food was good (could nitpick a bit - not enough beef in the potato noodles and the fried chicken wasnt crunchy, but flavours were solid) and portions were BIG.Price was fair, for the amount of food that was served. Spent about $45 for 2 dishes, but ended up taking away for next days lunch.The restaurant itself was pretty spacious and more importantly, clean.All in all, would rate this place 4.5 stars but Ill be nice and round it up to 5. :-)

The food was nice, but the waitress with black curly hair was very rude.She gave the cutlery in an inappropriate way (throw on the table!!) and has shown disrespectful service by ignoring me during the conversation. Its not that difficult preparing extra cutlery.NEVER go again.

Interestingly tiered Korean restaurant in the quiet recesses off High Road.Casual vibe and decent food, but only one hotplate even on the bigger tables, so only one BBQ at a time. Not too smoky, surprisingly.Food is definitely on the sweet side, and generous on the cheese. Service was rather slow though - waited about 45 minutes for anything substantial to come. Pricing is alright for Korean cuisine.

Service are good with staffs being polite & obliging to your request.Parking lots can be a bit limited especially during peak hours.Lastly, its not the most value for money as the pricing is quite steep. However if quality & taste are what you are looking for, look not further than Sura Korean Restaurant.

I would recommend their single dishes more than their BBQ selections. Other than that, I enjoy the food and will definitely come back for more when I crave for some good Korean food.

Authentic korean food. Korean chicken with cheese highly recommended. Kim chi pancake and japchye noodles also good. Went on Sunday evening.

Food was great, but the experience was ruined by a Chinese woman who thought she could cut in line while I was queuing to pay the bill. Despite that, the waitress still served her first instead of me.

We had Jjampong which was OK but it was the only positive for this restaurant. Staffs were really rude. They didnt even answer, say hi or say good buy. Jjajangmyon was terrible. My teenage kids did not finish it. Tangsuyuk was a disaster. I wish I didnt go to this place for family dinner.

When you want comfort Korean foods, this is the place. Extensive delicious menu of Korean staples like bimbimbab, spicy seafood soup and this korean noodles (forgot whats its called) you cant go wrong. What I like more is the place is bright and modern - dont mind staying while nibbling some Korean fried cheesy chicken

First impressions was great. The wait time was maybe 10 minutes or so but that was during a down time period. The food was AMAZING! Piping hot and delicious would go again

I want to shout out the Bossam dish and the Chicken Buldak dish that sura served me today. They are the best Bossam and Chicken Buldak I have ever tried. Pork belly was steamed to perfection and its just melted in your mouth and mixed together with other side dish that you wrapped inside the lettuce. Chicken buldak was sooo tasty..The spiceness level was perfect which allowing the other spices to shine. Definitely worth to try when you visit this restaurant.

Foods were average , been to better ones around. Bbq was bland. Service looked lazy. We ordered little in the beginning then we wanted to add more dishes , but server told us kitchen closed . Everywhere else I’ve been they tell customers when it’s last order

Nice little place, good food, friendly staff. Staff and chef were willing to adjust food flavouring based on kids dietary requirements. In terms of ambience, bright lighting, decent cleanliness. Watch out for any food that has raw meat. We selected a dish that had raw beef. Luckily a friend who is a chef found out that the raw beef served was defrosted and is only supposed to be served raw if it is fresh. So keep an eye out for that.

A group of us decided to head to Sura in Willeton as its convenient parking is in front of the restaurant.We ordered between 4 of us, seafood chilli spicy noodle soup, stir fly seafood black bean noodle and glutinous rice spicy sweet and sour pork. I like the seafood chilli spicy noodle soup its very flavoursome.My least favourite dish is the spicy sweet and sour pork. The batter is a tad soggy to my liking.I would go back and try their other dishes.

Nice atmosphere, BIGger portion (than northbridges). Had cold pork hock w/ salad (photo), $35 which looks nice and huge however the pork tastes none. Salad with sauce is awesome- could be too much hot mustard for someone unexperienced. Still love this place and come back defn.

Poor poor service. Lacking of service. Kept trying to get their attention, not sure was it on purpose not too see you. It wasnt that busy.Cant have the option of having both korean BBQ and hotpot. We had to give up one. Whats the point of a korean restaurant when you cant get their specialty. Reason was due to the table only able to connect to one of the walls and the other was too far away. Hello, get an extension cord please. Or reconfigure your set up somehow.When ask for water at the end the guy said oh your table it booked and will be occupied in 10min, as he replied rudely.Thanks for the heads-up and no water served as a result of that. Could still give us a bottle of water before leaving.Not a recommended place for a gathering over 5 ppl.

Back when they first open here, they used to have a BBQ setting so diners can cook their own food and chat amongst themselves, but since then they no longer offer the dining experience and what they have for the customers now is no different to most of the other Korean restaurants in the area that have a better atmosphere and some different or additional menu items. Hopefully they can return to their former glory.

Good atmosphere, helpful staff, no drinks menu could be BYO but not sure. Food was reasonable pretty tasty but not many vegetarian/vegan options.

Great Korean style cooking.

The wait was really long. The food was okay. Not anything amazing. The sides didnt even come until 30 minutes passed. The food took even longer to come. Make sure you come early if you want no wait time.

One of the best yet affordable Korean food. The seafood pancake for the appetizer is the best dine in to start with. If you are very hungry, this restaurant is worth considering because the portion is big! Ill come back for the spicy wet noodle!!!

Because of covid so better called and make booking. I am so frustrated as this restaurant mentioned bbq so we expected that bbq selection is there but its not available due to this covid however they should inform us when we make reservations so we not expected. the food taste is ok, I ordered sizzling beef, sweet chili fried chicken with cheese, seafood pancakes, spicy tofu soup and chili squid in sizzler pan. I tried many korean places. for me the food just ok, nothing tastier only the pancakes its good with the size and amount of seafood. the beef blend, the spicy soups also thin n blend. they cant cater more but service took 35 mins to reach our tables and we hv 1 hour to eat. will I go there I dont think so unless they call me again to taste and convince me so for now I m not recommend to my friend and family.

Ordered takeaway food... Oh my the food was so salty I was full with drinking excessive amount of water and rice. When I picked up the food, my order had just come out from the kitchen but it was warm and not hot at all. Im guessing prepared food was microwaved. Hmm... its restaurant and it wouldve been good if they actually cook to order.

Ordered a seafood dish, quality of the seafood is not good and soup too salty. The sizzling beef is too sweet. Compare to other korean restaurants in the area, bottom of my list at the moment. Sorry.

Have been to this venue several times & always paid by cash. Today went with an overseas friend who was going to use his card. We were told it would be $5 dearer (about 11% of the total bill) to use the card. We managed to scrape up the cash & avoided the extra charge. We were wondering at the end of the day how much extra revenue is collected as most people use bankcard. BEWARE of getting charged this percentage to your bill as we both thought it daylight robbery.Wouldnt have minded a couple of dollars but thought this excessive. This left a bad taste to say the least.

Tried this restaurant over the weekend, The Korean bbq was below average, salad was not fresh and the waitress was really rude. Never returning to this place. A good feedback would be to get better staff that are less rude and have some manners when serving their customers.

We have ordered quite a few times from here since they opened. The food is always really nice and hot, delicious and good value for money! The staff are also super nice and even gave me a warm jasmine tea while I waited for my order to be ready! Were yet to try out the BBQing side of it (only available for dining in) but it always smells amazing.

Definitely the worst customer service. We have been waiting for two tables for 20 mins, the waitress didn’t really provide any assistance for us to find a table, ignored all our request! But did show us enough attitude and inpatient! Thank u Sura, never go back anymore.

Went to the Willeton branch.Cooked food came out lukewarm (i.e. ramen, black bean noodle) rather than piping hot or hot. Was disappointed.
