Thank you Dr. Tim for saving my vacation!I arrived in Whitefish with a very sore and stiff back. I was very sad due to the pain and being unable to go hiking with my family. Dr. Tim was recommended to me by a local store worker. I was hesitant to go to a chiropractor, because I had a bad experience with a chiropractor a year ago.To my delight, I had a completely different experience with Dr. Tim and his staff. First, everyone greeted me so cheerfully and introduced themselves to me. They made me feel comfortable and very welcome. Dr. Tim spent a good amount of time with me. Dr. Tim has great equipment and he also has great skill. He was able to clearly identify my problem and gently adjusting me. After just one visit I felt I could move and flex again. My pain was greatly reduced. I could hardly believe it.Dr. Tim called me later that night to see how I was doing. It is great to meet a doctor who really cares and goes above and beyond, especially for someone like me who was not going to be a long term patient. I was able to go to Dr. Tim two more times while on vacation. Thanks to Dr. Tim I was able to hike and go whitewater rafting with my family. Thank you Dr. Tim and staff. I will miss you. I knew I enjoyed chiropractors in general, but I never expected the results from Tim that I got in just a handful of visits. I have been dealing with mild shoulder pain from an injury for years, and had just come to accept it as part of my life. After about 6 visits, the pain in my shoulder has almost entirely subsided, and even when it does come back, its nothing compared to how bad it used to get. Very obvious that Tim is very invested in each person he helps, and I need to communicate very little for him to be able to locate and correct the issues I am experiencing.

Doctor Tim and his team were my saving grace on my short vacation to Whitefish. I had thrown my back out 5 days before coming and had to continue treatment - so I asked a friend for a referral and that lead me to Dr. Tim. I have had back problems for years. I always thought it was a muscle thing, but stretching and massages just never fixed the issue. I finally made an appointment and I was a little nervous since I had never been to a Chiropractor. However, Tim and his team made is super easy and informative. Its a couple weeks later and I feel way better! If you are having chronic pain do yourself a favor, ditch the foam roller and the massages and schedule yourself and appointment here!

Dr Tim Dudley is AMAZING! I have seen him for headaches, for ringing in my ears, as well as for back pain. He fixes everything - and does it so quickly. Best experience! I can say hands down that they have the best customer service I have ever had. The Dr. Tim has a phenomenal demeanor and really cares about how youre feeling, he cares about his community by providing events and educational content. His staff, Savannah and Jessie make me feel like part of the group I have so much fun when I go it that its worth any wait I ever have. We are all very different and he has taken the time to get to know each and every one of us with 2 sets of twins he knows whos who and whats what with our individual needs he recognizes, remembers and knows each and everyone of us! If I could use a few words to describe Dr Dudley I may choose: ninja, wizard, or Mr magic fingers. He’s worked on our kids, our baby (who technically still counts as a kid I guess), our dog, and he fixes me up no matter how bad my lame skiing skills mess up my body. I recommend him to everyone.

Having visited six different chirpractors over the past seven years, Dr. Tim Dudley is by far one of the best and definitely my preferred chiropractor in the valley. WOW! This brilliant chiropractor stayed past his working hours when my friends told him I was in need. I walked up the steps to his wonderful clinic and knew I was in good hands right away. He realigned my neck, spine, and helped alleviate some knee pain. Funny, dedicated, real cool guy. Anyone should give him a try!!

He is the best he has healing power. I was barely walking with my cane and we have been going to him for 8 weeks and are seeing and feeling great results. I have been to several chiropractors in my lifetime and none of them were able to cure my pain like Tim Dudley. I cant recommend him highly enough. He always takes time to make sure each ache and pain is addressed during the session. His office and staff are so welcoming and make it a great environment for the whole family. He has treated my husband and one year daughter as well. She is so prone to falling at this age and Dr. Dudley does a great job tending to her little out spots. He will remain our familys chiropractor for years to come.

I changed my rating up a star for his effort. (Original review below)Although I dont necessarily enjoy writing a negative review - i must agree with many points another 2 Star reviewer noted.I was willing to give this new practitioner a chance; but after several sessions and some questions regarding their practices in general I must agree - that the process was a little decieving.The evaluation; including the scan wasnt something I would say is a reliable source - and I was wondering about one of the staff that the chiropractor kept referring to as Doctor - what kind of doctor? I wanted to inquire; but didnt want to come across as rude.Also, after about 15 minutes of talking about the test results - which were images on a screen that supposedly relayed my body heat ? or something - it was determined; I would need at least 12 visits in order to realign.I found this to be a bit of a money-maker for the new business; and was put off by this suggestion - so, that didnt sit well with me.Secondly, I have to agree - after the evaluation and a brief visit with the chiropractor - you were expected as a patient - to set up your own table; pick up your card and etc. etc. as previously noted - as well as being told to lay and wait for your visit - which consisted of The Chiropractor - whispering in my ear good morning and then using the trigger-device only - never really laying hands on me - I agree, discussing your pains and aches - or some such specific need might be discouraged by the business model theyve efficiently set up - leaving perhaps some patients who dont want to mess with the way things go - rather than assert and ask for some one-on-one - they simply follow directions in order to expedite the processing of many clients in a day.Ive had this sort of open atmosphere work done before - and I could have just noticed this before I spent my cash.Speaking of this; it is expected you pay-up-front - and I was told, more than once, since I called again to check that my insurance would be billed - and finally, after over a month of waiting for a statement from my insurance - had to call their offices again - to ask if my insurance had been billedIt had not. And I was asked to send a copy of my insurance card; which I had already given them on my first visit, but they seemed to have misplaced.When I called and inquired about the insurance billing; I have to say the young woman who answered the phone seemed a little irritated with me - and so, then, was I with her.All in all, Id say there are now many options for chiropractic care in our valley, and it would do anyone interested well to do your research and ask questions before you spend your money. Hoping for a cure - or at least a little relief.By the way; after three visits - an evaluation and money spent - I did not experience resolve.I dont actually expect full and complete pain free - but at least some relief; as I understand it, the trigger-method isnt quick - and I gave it 3 tries - but I was not impressed. I understand everyone does have their preferences - but Im not willing. I discovered my relief came from the fact that I began participating in my own recovery processess - ie: stretching and walking - which I believe did more for me.And I agree - no suggestions of home care were ever offered. Another short fall.All in all - a two star review is all I could offer.

Great staff, great location and I can move after 20+ years!

The people here are very nice here and I dont like to post a negative review, especially the first negative review, but I did not have a good experience here.I had to pay $90 up front, even though I had insurance. I was reimbursed on my next visit, but I have never had to pay up front anywhere, ever.My exam consisted of a Bodyscan. There was very little hands-on and I wasnt given a clear diagnosis. I was given an adjustment with a CAT thrust tool and told I would be reevaluated after the first 12 treatments. The treatments would start at 3 times per week, which I thought was excessive, but if I got results I didnt care.My first visit was in a private exam room. On the second visit I was trained for the system. Check in and pick up your patient card (which conveniently shows how many visits your insurance covers), wait until youre called, prepare your own table, then lie face-down until its your turn. Adjustments are given without consultation, which is hard to do anyway when youre lying face-down on the table. The adjustments are given with very little hands-on to assess your current situation, and are given quickly. It is like being on an assembly line. If you have anything to say you might have a couple of minutes to say it after the adjustment, but there are usually people on the other tables next to you AND people within hearing distance waiting for their turn on the table--not a good environment for discussing medical information.I felt better after my first two adjustments, then I began to level out after the next two adjustments, and didnt notice a difference. On the last two adjustments (5 &6) I communicated that the majority of my pain was in my arm. I was given a couple of thrusts with the CAT directly at the painful point. The pain got WORSE after that. With the pain getting worse I was done. After 6 adjustments in two weeks I decided to get a second opinion. When I told Dr. Dudley this, he replied that this is a process and he felt we were on the right track. Yes, I understand it is a process, but if the process requires 3 visits per week and the patient is getting worse something isnt right. Besides, I was burning through my yearly visits covered by insurance at a dizzying pace.I also hadnt been given stretches or exercises to do at home, which I have ALWAYS been given anywhere else on the first visit, for injuries that were considerably more complicated than this one. When I asked why I hadnt been given at-home work, the answer was that I wasnt ready yet. I disagree-there is almost ALWAYS something you can do at home, even if it is only stretching.I have since received a diagnosis, confirmed and agreed upon by another chiropractor, a medical doctor, and a physical therapist who all took the time to ask the right questions and diagnose using hands-on methods. NOW Im on the right track AND was given at-home exercises the very first day after which I had noticeable improvement.UPDATE: Tim Dudley sent me a letter thanking me for my comments and for making him aware that some patients may share my feelings regarding his office. He also refunded my co-pay for all my visits except the initial one, which I thought was very fair. Thank you, Tim!
