We recently had quite a surreal experience with the acupuncturist at the clinic Wei Li.We used to see her at SPC Physio, and quite liked her.However, this time when we booked with her via Gorendezvous, we experienced the most unprofessional practice and attitude:1. When we first made the appointment, she confirmed it, THEN she changed the appt time saying she was double booked. Felt a bit weird, but we thought mix ups happen, so we said ok no prob.2. However, a day before the appointment, which we made a month out, we unfortunately had family emergency, and were not going to make it to the appointment. So we went ahead and rescheduled via Gorendezvous.Wei Li then sent us a very rude email stating you had already confirmed, and then rescheduled, that doesnt fit into my schedule, so you should go somewhere else.And then she declined our rescheduled appointments.We find it extremely unprofessional, and demonstrating absolutely no compassion or care for her patients.Life happens, and if you are so not willing to accommodate anything, but is quite ok asking others to accommodate you, we dont think you and your practice is set out to or should succeed.

After a few weeks of visiting Thanh-My and finally doing my homework, I am back at doing sport!

Dr. Thanh is amazing. Always asking the right questions and making sure that I feel comfortable during every visit.

I’ve been coming to chiro+physic for many years. As a plumber and contractor I’ve had many issues with my back in the past and not only have those issues been resolved but I I’ve had my ankle treated, foot pain, laser treatment on my wrist, tennis elbow that’s been addressed as well.Thanh My Ho is an excellent chiropractor who truly enjoys what she does and cares about her patients. She sends me reminders so I don’t forget my appointments. It sounds silly but with my busy schedule it’s well appreciated.Besides the great service, she’s friendly and pleasant to be around!

I never recommend this chiro. My back and neck pain gets worse after having three weeks treatment with Dr. Thanh-My. Actually she is not that experienced on what he does.
