I gave my laptop for keyboard replacement and 4 days after I was told my laptop was dead. Id to file police case to get the owner to repair it again. I still ended up paying for the charges I shouldnt be responsible for.. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

They get repair almost every laptop but you have to lend them your laptop for at least 2 days ,which triggers a safety concern to your personal data.

For me, they took nearly 2 months to repair my laptop ..charged around 2.2k money and laptop is even not working!! They said Lenovo laptop parts are very hard to find ..took 2 months.. returned laptop twice as it stopped working after service but at last laptop didnt work even for single day!! So disappointed 😣
