Got same day face-to-face appointment. Saw Dr Stewart (new doc) who was excellent. Very thorough and personable, made me feel instantly better, also went above and beyond. Asked about another condition and possible medication to help ease that also.The receptionist was also lovely. Very professional but warm and friendly.Good social distancing set up

Firstly i would like to say that the reception staff do a wonderful job in the medical centre. It cant be easy for them doing their jobs, during these times. They have a great amount of patience considering all they have to do.Secondly I would like to say that Dr Biju is a fantastic doctor that my friends and family all see. He always makes you feel welcome and never makes you feel like your just a number. Top Doctor in my books.Lastly i would like to say that, the nurse that did my covid jab was great. I honestly didnt feel a thing. Keep up the good work guys.

Ive been a patient of this clinic for quite some time and I have had a positive experience every single visit. The doctors are excellent, thorough and are great listeners. I could not fault the reception staff, they are always so welcoming and lovely even when they are under the pump. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars from me :)

The receptionist was super friendly (given the harsh environment today), the doctor was good but the pathology nurse Sharon, was AMAZING! Sharons social skills were up & above ever expected upon the normal duties - very helpful heart warming when stress levels for me were quite high

Really impressed with the radiology department! Got an appointment for an ultrasound here within a day (tried multiple other places and couldnt get an appointment for 2 weeks!) They ran on time, was in and out within minutes! Lovely staff and such quick and efficient service. Thank you!

The Doctor was great, but the wait time to get an ECG done was not what I was expecting, gave up after a wait of almost 2 hours. Need to improve on that. Give your patients an idea of approximate wait time.

You need to feel comfortable and assured that the clinic and Medical professionals have your best interests at heart when dealing with either your mental and/or physical health. For your own peace of mind its vital to select a clinic that you can trust, one that provides the appropriate care, respects your privacy and is genuinely commitment to resolving your health concerns. We eventually settled with Werribee Medical and Dental centre. Our family physician, Dr Eddie Shumba provides my family with exceptional care, a physician and professional who attends to the needs of each individual in a friendly and reassuring manner. All the services at the centre are above reproach and the care provided is second to none. Remember that if your appointment is late, its not because they dont care, its because they do and are attending to someone in need. You wouldnt like to be rushed out to meet a schedule would you. To sum it all up, everything you need is there, the people working there are professionals including reception staff, they are in these jobs because they care about you and will do their best. Remember that they will always respect you even when you dont respect them. Extremely happy client.

Very helpful especially with mental health concerns.The practice itself can be testing some times especially when you try to call them. There could be a bit more communication between reception, doctors and treatment room. I did have to wait a very long time because the doctor didnt release j was there at first. The staff where very kind. The doctor showed concern about my health. He took my height and weight and raised concern about my obese weight bmi results. It was nice for the doctor to see a problem and take the initiative in showing me the problem he saw and share his concern for my well-being. Thankyou

Convenient place for all your medical needs as they do pretty much everything under the one roof! It’s your stock standard medical centre. Definitely don’t expect much time with the Dr and there can be large wait times depending on what time you arrive but overall nothing too bad worth complaining about.

I would not recommend getting an X-ray or any Diagnostic Imaging done at this clinic. The 2 women that work at the desk are two of the most rudest people l have encountered , no customer service skills what so ever . It is generally very busy and there can be a wait but they just snap at you when you attempt to ask a question and at no time do they offer to assist or answer any questions that you may have . I also earlier last week witnessed one of the women that work at Diagnostics yelling out as she walked through the Medical Centre that a certain patient would not want to be sent upstairs - very unprofessional and very rude. One star is to good for that department , more like minus 10

I’ve been seeing Dr Biju for the last couple of years since I changed clinics. He’s a great Dr always willing to listen to my concerns, and never makes me feel like he’s in a rush to get rid of me. Takes the time to explain things and always make sure to address whatever issue is bothering me. I would 100% recommend Dr Biju.

So so thankful to this clinic. I had a fall down some stairs and injured my back. This clinic was the only open clinic in my area and I desperately needed to see a doctor. Even though they were only available for telehealth, they recognised that this was an urgent matter and did everything they possibly could to help me. I saw dr Dickson who was caring and thorough. The lovely receptionist was amazing. She took all my details over the phone and ensured I got the help I needed. This clinic and their service has blown me away. I am extremely thankful for their assistance when I needed it most. Highly recommended, thankyou all very much. I greatly appreciate your help.

Telehealth appointment. Ask them to send through an e-script. Say they cant and have to send to chemist. Say itll take an hour. Go there two hrs later, no script. Try ringing reception to discuss, constant hold and no answer. No email. Be quicker to make another telehealth appointment at this rate.Edit: established Dr sent it to a different chemist to the one I clearly requested. Thought Id try ringing all the pharmacies in werribee cbd and located it. Shocking.

Booked tele appointment. Haloapp confurm and also had us checked in but never received call. It then showed over hour later that the appointment had been attended when it wasnt. Rang surgery twice and no one picked up. Gave up after 1st call being 15min on hold. Still on hold with 2nd call and already been 10min with no pick up. The doctor now claims a payment attached to a Medicare number which they did not attend. This place used to be good with many good doctors.

If it werent for the fact that my family GP worked here, whom is an amazing doctor and I would recommend Dr Nadia to anyone, I would not deal with this clinic. To be on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to someone at reception and not even have the call answered and asked to hold again is pathetic.

Never looked back when finding my Doctor Ram Prasad. And have been with the clinic for over 10+ years.Dr Prasad is always so welcoming and helpful with all the issues we give him. There are some other great doctors in the clinic everything at your finger tips. Pathology, xray/scanning and an extensive treatment clinic

Ive been using this centre for 15 years. Over time, its gotten busier and busier and now even booking an appointment doesnt guarantee youll be seen within an hour of it. As I write this review, Ive been waiting for my booked appointment for nearly 2 hours.The doctors are nice, and they certainly do listen to you (which is why Im still here) - but getting to actually see them is a big problem. Im not sure management is bothered by this problem as I havent seen any improvements in years.

This is the worst doctor in Victoria I have been here twice booked an appointment in advance and have wait and hour the first time and the second waited half and an hour and had to go up to reception to be told the was still somone else in front of me. If you are booking people for 10 min interaction but the doctor takes 40 mins per patient it is misconduct to not notify upcoming patients of a wait i am truly disappointed and will not be going back

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review customer feedback.I had an appointment booked in for last saturday for 2:30 and had to wait 2.5 hours for my 4 months olds immunisation. i have never had to wait in any other practice for more than 20-25 mins after the appointment time. this is clearly because of overbookings as it happens eveytime ive been to this practice. the other day i booked an appointmnet for myself and requested a medical certficate after the appointmnet and i was told ill get it in the email in next 24 hours, which i never received and I was then told to book another appointmnet with the doctor for the same medical certificate.

Dr Naleemundeen Sihabdeen is a horrible, judgemental, dismissive, pompous are, and probably as worthless as a human as he is as a doctor. Reception was nice, but I didnt need a receptionists help, I needed a doctor. Do not see this doctor, he does not care about you.

Could not recommend Dr Biju enough! He is absolutely spectacular and caring and really goes out of his way to help you in any way that he can.

I had been here for my appointment with Dr Vrajendranath Puchooa. He has been very rude to me and it broke me down mentally as I was already having a very bad anxiety for the condition I have (tonsillitis) that keeps reoccuring. He didnt seem to be polite at all throughout our conversation. There was an instance when I asked him the same question again (for reassurance) to which he replied rudely, I think we have already discussed on this. Being a doctor, one should have patience to listen and show empathy and compassion. I would never go to him again !

While I love the doctors there it is impossible to get through on the phone to reception, let alone anyone else. Long wait times and sometimes you lose them during the wait. Its not their fault but they need more staff. I have to change doctors sadly and I will inform him of why, but please bear in mind hotdoc and other telehealths are great to book, and talk with your doctor. Its just reception here, not enough staff and no one seems to follow through. Its pretty bad.

I like this medical center, the 2 doctors I see are amazing with me and my kids. The reception can give off a nasty vibe but they are so understaffed and underpressure and constantly being abused. Give them the benefit of the doubt, chuck them a smile and make a joke with them. They dont need other people in their faces over a pandemic which they cant control.

Waiting time to get BP at (treatment) room was more than an hour, just to get BP. And all because the doctor did not have the suitably-sized cuff to read the BP at her office. How could a first class clinic with hundreds of patients everyday not afford a large-sized cuff? And this has happened many times

Really hope this is seen by the management of this medical center. The doctors are great, but please add more reception staffs, I’m sure you could afford another one or two receptionists for such a big clinic! 20 mins call waiting, that’s ridiculous for a GP appointment. I don’t even wait that long for a public hospital call. Online booking never works for the doctor I wanted to book. If you could not fully function online, pls trust human work. Your online “feedback” link also doesn’t work. Thanks for pushing me to the google review which I have never done one before!

Oh if only we could give zero stars. Was a great walk in only clinic, despite the wait...now due to staff cuts and no doctors good luck getting an appointment. As for on going care for existing conditions or minor emergencies that are not hospital worth dont waste your time even trying here.Tip for the punters...find somewhere else.

Extremely long wait for minor things.I booked an appointment a week in advance for 4:20 to get a flu shot, finally got seen at 5:10, and then was told that the nurse was on break for an hour, but that I could come back tomorrow.Whats the point of an appointment booking app if you have to wait over an hour anyway?

Certainly not a great medical centre. Service much to be desired and rude reception. My husband was on hold for 29 mins to be told it was his fault that the doctor never rang him back for his phone appointment. They are busy at that time...well dont make an appointment at that time then.

Physio kept whingeing why my GP referred me to other physio and not him. I visited the physio for acupuncture. After leaving the centre, I realised a needle was still sticking to my neck. When I went back to the centre to get it removed, his attitude was like no big deal.Setting up an appointment over the phone was a nightmare as they keep transferring from one area to another.I should mention though, the two lovely ladies at the reception for physio were very friendly when I was there for the appointment.

I would give 5 stars to Dr.Prasad and the new Halo GP App which gives you the flexibility to make bookings with ease.The biggest down fall is nobody answers the phone when you call. Seems like they are super busy something the management need to work on.

Staff have little to no respectfor fellow human beings,sometimes they are just plain rude ,If you dont like your job leave dont take it out on us,they need to realise people who come to this bussiness (and it is a business)dont want to be there they are not feeling well, show a little compassion and respect gos both ways and this bussiness should be ashamed of there staff ,most of the doctors are only there to collect a pay cheque and have no interest in the patients,avoid this clinic if you can or attend with low expectations and you wont be dissapoined

Friend of mine was supposed to have a telehealth appt at 2:30. She wasnt contacted so she tried calling. Shes been on hold with you people for over an hour and has just now given up.She had a booked appt, how are you so far behind.

Phone consultation with Dr Biju Bhargavan. 2 minute call. He kept offering me medical certificate and didnt want to listen to my issue. Then he cut the call with thank you. I filled a complaint against him.

Daughter booked a Telehealth for 7.40pm, rang at 8.27 ad doctor hadn’t called receptionist Claimed only one doctor on, but he would call shortly , 9.30pm rang back as still no call and the ReceptionistCan’t even be bothered to answer been on hold over 30 minutes, disgraceful to treat sick patients like this’, if you receptionist spent less time smoking and more time actually at her desk the phone might be answered

They don’t understand the meaning of appointments , keep patients waiting for more than an hour even after booking time in advance. Happened on multiple occasions , hence never going back again

There are some excellent doctors at this centre. Pity the receptionists are so rude. Management need to hire more staff obviously. Each and every time I phone for an appointment I’m given the “go to hell “ attitude, made to wait on the phone or outside for ages then spoken to abruptly. Why work in this area if you obviously don’t respect or like people?Not returning to this centre and will transfer files ASAP.

Early start pathology works!

This place has gone down hill rapidly. Alot of doctors have gone elswhere..And so have the patients..

50mins+ on hold waiting for reception to pick up and then being hung up on by doctors. really unhappy.

Made an appointment to get a blood test through the phone, got told that it’s a walk in. Was at the reception and told me that the pathology is just on my left and just to wait at the back of the queue. 2 hours later, I got told that my doctor needs to provide me with paper work and I can’t get a blood test until I get that. What paper work?! Why didn’t they tell me I needed an appointment with a doctor first instead of “walk in”. Another an hour and a half goes by and I still haven’t seen the next available doctor. I just left, wasted 4 hours of my time. Do not recommend this place

Absolutely disgusting with the treatment from reception staff over the speaker at the back door. Nurse tells me to push the button and let them know I only needed a blood test, done that, and the staff member told me to go to the end of the line where I was to begin with before nurse told me to ring. She would not even give me a chance to explain what I needed done. Absolutely pathetic and I won’t be going back there again.

We are very happy to have found Dr. Edias. He is attentive, listens and has time for what you have to say. He explains everything in detail and always tries to find a solution. Reception is helpful, triage always great, nurses that take blood never hurt and clinic is quite clean. Happy they have book on line now so there isnt much of a wait.

Thought i would update your bussiness about a sick person who tried to seek help from your clinic in Werribee.My brother, felt very sick so tried to see some one at your clinic.A staff member came out to his car and said he would not be able to see anyone but would have to do it by mobile phone or computer. He explained to her that he has never owned a mobile phone or ever touched or owned a computer.But got a shrug of shouders and sent on his way.Long story short he went to work and suddenly fell to the ground dead.He could have easily lived if he was able to see a doctor then.Should we put this down as a corona virus death or just bad luck?

Incredibly rude staff and extraordinarily disorganised practice - staff apparently dont talk to each other and are not trained or following basic infection control practices. It makes you wonder about the quality of care provided if thats the standard that they are recruiting people. Will not go here again for medical help at all.

Violating all privacy regulations. Receptionist asks for full name ,date of birth ,phone number,address and lots of patient personal information over the intercom voice phone at main entrance where dozens of public are standing in queue maintaining social distancing . The speaker is loud enough to disclose all ur personal information in public. Upon giving a feedback regarding this concern the receptionist at 2:10pm dated 11 jul 2020 ( do not know the name) was so rude and dominating stating revealing date of birth and personal Info in public is mandatory for patients and centre,s policy .I seriously doubt a policy against regulatory or legal rights? Atotal breach of perso al i formations in public.

I had worse experince with Dr Ramchandra Prasad. Very bad attitude, unprofessional, bad manner. I experienced direct unpleasantries and rude demeanor from Dr Prasand.There was miscommunication with my appointment. It ended up a telehealth consultation. When Dr Ramchandra Prasad called me, he started yelling at me for not coming to see him on time, when i explained him that i was waiting outside for half an hour and was waiting for a call to come inside. He made comment “i just dont want to waste my time”. I felt insuted and humiliated. Firstly, it was NOT a free consultation. Secondly, i was his patient so he should have been professional. I made a mistake choosing this doctor.

11 days ago I went to see Dr Brett Moore with an aching pain in my tooth. He had a consultation with me and I was told to wait 10 days to begin a medical procedure. This was the earliest available appointment for me. 24 hours before my procedure, Moore called me and said, without any apology or empathy as a doctor to patient, he cancelled my appointment and referred me to see a specialist because he decided he was too incompetent to work on me. I was very disappointed and upset. I just came back from the specialist, so I need to wait another week. I’m extremely angry that this doctor has essentially let me down, whereas the specialist I was referred to is way better.

Receptionist sometimes keeps you waiting for very long time before picking up the phone and even if she ask you to hold, there will be still long time to listen to music. 12/12/2019, 17:25pm, I dial the number and waited for 10min, then the girl only get me hold on and listen to the music. After another 5 minutes, she explained there were two very long patients.

Pathetic service no matter how many times Ill go to see doctor with an appointment through Halo GP the doctors will have no respect to the appointments. If you cant attend a patient on a certain time why would you accept the appointment. If the wait is about 10 or 15 minute it is still understandable but wait for 45 minutes with an appointment... which part of the world these doctors are living.

Worst experience ever. Today at 2.10 pm i went with my 1 year old child for his vaccination.They didnt inform us over the phone that face mask is mandatory and she was asking all personal info(name,address, phonr no and date of birth) on intercom.i was surrounded by many people and not comfortable yet completed all formalities and inside when my husband tried to talk to receptionist, she was very rude and said,its center policy.How come...Do something else than making us fool in name of policy.

I will never ever go there again...the doctor that saw us was so rude a and make us feel like we are 10 year old child...we waited for over 40 minutes to see him, when 30 minutes more to get a shots for me 18 months son but we end up walking out and gone home cause my son was so tired and we do not want him to suffer.. worst experience ever

I live in country NSW and needed to see a doctor, the service and quality of care was first class. I have met some very capable people during my visit, and the clinic is to be congratulated.
